There are just so many digital marketing tasks to do, and so little time.
Join Sam as he drops some productivity tips on how to get things done and prioritize your marketing efforts for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
Step #1 is about dealing with distractions. You’ll learn how to remove distractions to save time that you can use to get more things done.
Next, you’ll figure out what’s working and what’s not working for you. This step is super important as you’ll be able to focus your attention on activities that are proven to deliver ROI, instead of those that do not.

Great piece! Would love to know more about 1) running SEO tests 2) how you guys document everything you mentioned 3) how you make sure people are following those guidelines. One of my main challenges today is the amount of time used to check the final versions of our pieces (we publish stuff in 3 languages, so it can be tricky).

Great suggestions, Allan. 2) we use Notion, Basecamp, and Google docs. 3) We generally have a project lead. Our team is pretty good at "figuring it out," whatever that "it" might be. Completely understand with reviewing final versions. Generally speaking, we don't really publish anything on our KZfaq channel or blog if we don't feel like our audience can benefit from it :)

Ahrefs It applies to almost every one of us in some way. Agency owners need to do these things if they want to scale their client roster efficiently. Affiliate marketers need to do these things if they want to scale their content and link building. In-house marketers need to do these things if they want to advance their careers. The series of training and tutorials surrounding the ahrefs tool is amazing but you we can only keep talking about the same stuff so many times. Deep-diving into how ahrefs works with other tools in an entire workflow would be great. Things like how to use ahrefs + Pitchbox, ahrefs + BuzzStream, the ahrefs API + Data Studio, etc.

Of course you can do it on your own. But naturally, that comes with more time from you :) Every system is different, so you'll need to plan according to yours :)
