I totally agree with your message about fear. I often urge others I meet and from quotes listed on my travel channel to try to not fear travel and exploring places by yourself off the beaten track. Having said that courage I think is like a muscle but with every situation, it is going to be different. Some of the most simple things many take for granted I stall out of fear. Yet being able to travel about anywhere in the world by myself I am fearless. Thank you for your message I am sure someone will learn from it and be able to improve their life.

This is super helpful. I first heard this on your podcast. Since then, i am trying to do it everytime. I grew up being told na, maarte lang pag upset or, may topak lang when i am losing the drive to live, oa when I get disappointed. At one time i began to question myself and think I'm borderline crazy. I almost sought for medical help. And then I found your podcast. I started to try to process my emotions. My view of people widened na rin. We all come with emotional baggages so i try to extend extra grace na rin to those people who hurt me emotionally, psychologically. By God's grace and mercy, I am alive and sane.

Before, I am dealing with my emotions alone because I have this attitude that I don’t react to whatever is happening in front of me because I need to process it alone.. I thought it was a noob move because my friends aren’t like that.. but while aging, I learned that what I am doing for years have been saved me from being a toxic person. Right now, whenever I feel bad, I talk to my boyfriend but not on peak of my emotions maybe after a couple of hours and we also do sharing after reading a bible. I’m still far from being perfect in processing my emotions but yeah one step at a time. ✅

I am currently going through a lot of stress right now and this helps me a lot. Super same na escapist ako sa mga problema ko kaya feeling ko hindi ako nagggrow, pero this time, hindi na ako mag eescape. I will face my fears and will not linger to negative emotions anymore. Pero true enough din na pina-practice to. Super thank you for this Ms. Joyce. Love you! ❤️❤️

From listening to your podcasts and in this video I learned that there is such thing as “processing your emotions” All my life I’ve been a great escaper too. I’m the kind to always to feel my emotions and keep it to my heart for as long as I can/as long as I’m alive pa nga eh. And I’m still working on it now. Ang hirap pala. Thank you for teaching us ways to process our emotions. Luv u! 🥺

I’m the type of person who’s not always the best at expressing my emotions or feelings by talking about them (bc I hate confrontations -even with myself). Instead, I write it all down in song form. There’s something about expressing yourself through writing and matching it with the tone of your emotions that is just so freeing. Every time I finish writing a song, I feel so much better, like a weight has been lifted off of me...and just then will I start to fully comprehend what I was going through, and acknowledge that my emotions are valid and necessary for me to make better decisions next time. ☺️ This was such a great video! 💖

Whenever I feel anxious the first thing I do is to shutdown myself to everyone coz I'm not really that type of person who wants to open up when I feel sad, i just keep it by myself pero minsan nakakapagod na din itago ang nararamdaman kasi dadating ka sa point na sasabog ka. 😔 Thanks God for the few trusted friends whom I can share my topak. Pwede naman pala hindi maging escapist (Relate me! haha) Thank you po for this reminder. God bless po. ♥️♥️♥️

Thank you Joyce for a wonderful content like this. This makes us more aware and mindful of ourselves. I just have a further question.. Im having a hard time processing my emotions when being turned down by people who gets to be argumentative about their ideas against mine. I have tried to tell them to have a healthy brains storming instead, by listening and asking further if they dont understand much the shared idea rather than turning down it right away because of their negative assumption. I just cannot turn down having a project with these people and I still believe that if I would tell them what a healthy brain storm could mean to us, we could be a better team. How will I speak about this concern as one of the team players? Im afraid they will speak too harsh against me. I know them as friends and as people I work with for more than a decade

Thank you Miss Joyce. Short but precise. Definitely will do this today because I NEED TO. I've had so many unprocessed emotions in which I did not faced but rather divert myself to other things such as playing or watching, but at the end of the day the emotions towards that person affects me and di ko na namamalayan I can't sleep already. Just want to ask Ate: How would I know if I should be doing a solution instead of letting time to ripen the situation up? Do I go for the better choice and end up being bothered towards the process? Or do something about it so that I could be at peace? (pero I have a small certainty that I could lose the person/friendship if I become straightforward). I appreciate you ate. All your podcast have been my lifesaver whenever I've had breakdowns. God bless you and your family ♥️
