How to produce fan motors in a factory

A full process of making fan motors (AC motors) used by electric fans.
How are things made? In this video we take a look at the different steps of manufacturing processes of AC motors.

All these motors fail from seized journal bearings. If they were made with ball bearings, they would last a lifetime.

Im very surprised these guys would make their own motors, as and end goods product manufacturer so Im guessing this must be an OEM motor supplier, Impressive but Im equally surprised there is not more automation in that case

Actually it is a fan factory and they make motors by themselves as it costs a lot😀It is not a big factory so not many automation. I can show you higher automatic motor production if you all like👍

The hardest step is to get the correct tails on to the correct colour wire ! .... these motors need to have their bearings lubricated regularly , ( fluff and hair and dust cause motor seizure , but it can be sorted with penetrating oil(s) used REGULARLY ... ( yes , but who does ? ) ............. DAVE™ ...........

You can see towards the end d of the video there's an oscillating gears mechanism on the motor housing. I thought they looked like a washing machine motor too as I tore several out similar to this look

The problem with these china motor is the lousy grease used. After a while, they simply seized up and burnt out. Penny wise pound foolish, the cheap grease destroy the entire. Or perhaps, Chinaman scam to create demand.
