Thank you for the detailed video. Did you allow the soap to cure for 4 weeks before using? Did u supply shops with it inside the container or u removed them from the container?

Mum good afternoon still do the measurements exactly as u taught us4 ,cups of water to mix with 1cup of caustic soda with same small cup that I use, after that for the next day I use the same measurements cup to measure 3cups of pk oil and 2 cups of caustic soda and I started turning it,after some time I noticed soap instead of being like agamu, it becomes thick and water comes out like brown, please correct me ma

On the video she started mixing 1 cup of soda and 4 cups of water . In the procedure she took that Mixon water and soda then she took 2 cups on it 😊😊

You will have to test the oil .. measure 1 tsp of caustic soda and 1 tsp of oil mix it.. if it looks like pap . That is a good oil

Mix equal amount of oil with caustic soda it will give you a solution that look like custard. It means the oil is good for production

But after you brought the oil, you now measured but three cups from the four cups that you diluted. What will become of the one cup that is left. So I was asking if the four cups can be poured all into the content at once since it is for home use and what is there diff if you use only the three cups.

@takiephilomina6275 I tried this and it worked. I went to chemical shop and asked the prices. I bought ½kg of NaOH and they told me the oil that will saponify it is 2lt PKO. I was told to use the same vol of water 2l to dissolve the caustic. After 2 days for me ,since its test. I used ratio 1:2. 50cl of lye solution x 100cĺ which is 1l. This balanced for me

Use hydrometer to gauge your caustic soda and soda ash... When oil is coming out add small caustic soda it... When water is coming out add small oil on to the water stuff coming out
