It is expected to grow at 28.5% annually and reach $827 billion by 2030. In this video, we take a look at how you can profit from AI-related investments.
But before picking investments, it’s crucial to understand what AI is. Many of us have only a vague idea about AI, which is not sufficient for picking AI investments. So, in the first part, we talk about the building blocks of AI.

What's wrong with your app. It's not allowing fresh ivestments in any funds of Quant AMC. When will it be resolved?

We regret the inconvenience. However, this is something that is out of control of ET Money. You may be aware that ET Money is a SEBI registered investment advisor (RIA) which allows us to offer advisory services like ET Money Genius. With respect to RIA platforms supporting non-advised or self-directed investments by investors, SEBI announced a new regulation called "Execution Only Platform" framework & ET Money now is obligated to treat self-directed investor initiated transactions as Execution Only. This requires us to pass on something called as EOP code in Direct Plan transactions that helps AMCs/ RTAs and of course SEBI know which transactions from ET Money are advised & which ones are directly done by investors. We sent an email on Friday (May 31) for updating our investors about these regulatory changes. ET Money has been able to ensure that all AMCs accept EOP code in the transactions; except Quant Mutual Fund. We are constantly in touch with Quant AMC to enable us to send the EOP code which means there are business & operational processes to be followed. Once the Quant's team agrees to the required changes, we are hopeful that Quant Funds will be back on ET Money without any delay. Please note, to avoid inconvenience to our investors, we have suspended only the fresh investments via Lumpsum & stopped new SIP registrations. This change doesn't affect SIP installments of your past registered SIPs or your holdings in Quant on ET Money. We will keep investors updated about the progress on this temporary suspension.

Your ai powered genius caused me huge losses. It invested in exactly the same stocks which dropped 20 percent the next day. Your momentum strategies can be dangerous. I learnt it a hard way

Hello, I am sorry to know that you had to suffer a loss. As you may have observed, the markets have been quite volatile due to election results. Fortunately, they have also bounced back sharply as the uncertainty eased. But as a rule, do expect volatility when you invest in stocks. While we do try our best that you get good outcomes, there can be adverse market moves at times. That's why we suggest stop losses. Also, if a stock is still part of our recommendations, you need not exit it unless we change our stance on it. Finally, it's better to judge performance over time rather than on the basis of a one-off event. Good investing is when your winning bets are able to absorb the losing bets and still deliver a handsome return. Hope this helps. Do let us know if you have any other concerns.

I understand that but my concern is with personalized plan rebalance happens only on sip date and momentum strategy is prone to operator driven rallies (false) and genius is not proactive to rebalance. (Like in case of individual stock recommendation)

@@jainabhishek8 We have enough checks and balances in our stock selection methodology. We do use momentum, but we apply it intelligently. For instance, our filtering criterias ensure only companies that are expected to grow profits in the coming quarters make the cut for evaluation. More importantly, the aim of personalised plans is to deliver returns by controlling risks. That's why we have gold and debt in those plans. So we will suggest you trust the Genius algorithm. There is enough history to prove it works

Agree..even stock bucket one time purchases are not effective. I bought a high growth bucket and rebalancing happens on the 15th, this doesn't make sense.

It is true that many companies are exploring or have started using AI or related technologies in their work. However, I don’t think they are reporting the financials (revenue or profits) as from AI and Non AI work, additionally, there is no clear evidence that companies financial performance have improved due to use of AI. Sadly, no one is talking about the cost involved in the implementation of these technologies and how it is impacting the financials of a company.
