I just watched 5 videos. This is, by far, the BEST one. It is easy to confuse setting multiple times for one PROGRAM and setting different start times for each ZONE. Whoever programmed our Nodes (at our HOA properties) mixed these two things up. And, the people who handle the public area always assume that the person before them did it right so they just turn them on and off never checking the actual program. The Hunter videos are well produced but the guys says, "here is where you set the date and time but he never does it." This turns it up this turns it down. Actually showing how to set a typical watering program is huge. Thanks!

Great video, and you're absolutely right when you say the timer is simple once you "get it down." I was one of those who was "banging my head against the ground" for some time, but now I fully understand how to program the timer and it really is a piece of cake.

This disaster of user interface design takes time to figure out, but after that, it's easy enough. The trouble is that I typically adjust mine in the spring, then barely touch it for the remainder of the summer. By the next spring, I have only the foggiest memory of how all the button combinations work. I find myself heading back to this video year after year after year.

I swear it was the 5th summer before I finally got it down! Now I'm here because I have a station that won't turn off, so I have to shut all the water off to the garden. Hoping for a simple fix, as I'm a 72-yr-old woman who's NOT a DIYer.

Thanks for trying. This controller is a complicated joke. You may be a genius but teaching is an art. I'll keep looking.

So complicated ! And yes, I am one of those owners ... I decided to take matters on my own and so I changed settings a bit... the result, my yard overflowed... so I turned the water off.. and now I water my plants, herbs and trees the good old way... hose in hand. 🤫

total nightmare... A B C programs or stations???? or 1 2 3 stations ?

@@ornellam9052 Stations are zones or Valves. Programs are different groups of times. Whoever did ours the first time had this all mixed up. The video was very helpful to me, even the mistakes and corrections.

You act as if you're paying to watch his video. If him saying he's getting text messages is enough to upset you, then you're the one that lacks focus.
