I had an auxillary setting in my 2021 impala and I used it for a portable cd player with jacks. Now I can't find the settting (AUX). It was available when I press media, now it is not there??? Is there a way to find it. I have tried settings, menu etc.

All you have to do is a factory reset then it will work I have a 2021 Canyon and it worked for me.👍

is there a way to have the surround camera come on when parking? when i am backing up it does but would be nice to come on when pulling into a spot forward also. I know stop put it in reverse then go forward and it stays on.

I’m afraid if you roll in forward it won’t come on. We had the same issue when we were test driving. Yes to make it work you need to stop, put it in reverse and then go forward.

I have a 2019 Silverado. I always press my “Camera” button on the stereo as I pull forward into a parking spot. The “Camera” button allows you to turn on your rear view camera while driving forward for 10 seconds.

When I start my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado with the remote the heater doesn’t heat it up. Is something turned off? And..how do I set up for my seat to auto heat up with remote?

I bought a 2021 Colorado from Paradise in Temecula 2 months ago and I am having a problem with my radio it will not save the fade, balanced and and sound settings that I make after the truck is shut down on restart all y changes revert back to the way they were before I made the changes

Okay so how, if possible, can I scan FM radio channels only from the steering wheel. I know there is an onscreen search buttons, but from the steering wheel, is it possible without scanning already saved channels?

I don’t believe there is a way to scan only FM radio stations. You can only scan already saved channels.

You didn't cover this but you may know the answer. Once I set the equalizer (bass-mid-treble) how can I save the settings. Every time I park vehicle the settings go back to zero and I have to reset. Thr has to be a way to lock in the settings RIGHT? TY

My service dept said it shouldn't go back to zero it prob just needs an update. They have to hook up to thr computer for update and I couldn't get an appt until next wed. I'LL let ya know if it works.

How do I access the developer mode or admin mode. I want to get access to the computer to swap out the entire system or the very least get rid of all the onstar crap. Or maybe a button to turn on the camera manually regardless of the gear. Or maybe I just want to play a movie

Hi, I am leasing a chevy trax 2021. I am interested in more apps that I can download using the chevy app, which mine didn't come with. Is it just for some models or is it something you need to pay extra for. nice vid. Thanks.

One way to do it would be to download the app on your smartphone and then connect to the Trax infotainment screen via either Android auto or Apple carplay, whichever is appropriate.

Hi. I have a 2020 Chevy trax. My battery went dead. So I gt an jump from a road ranger. Then my whole dashboard stop working 😭 the Chevy dealer say it's the cluster which is 1400. I contacted the ranger but haven't responded back 😩 it's depressing wen u can't see ur miles or how much gas

Hey I’ve never heard of a black box on the Traverse. Service confirmed that there is no black box that we know of.

Go into settings. Then “Vehicle.” You can control some of the door chimes from there like the “Rear Seat Reminder.”

Hey I got mine all set up in the guest profile. Once I entered my password into myChevrolet it looked like it was thrown back into factory settings which I guess it was. I wonder if I can get my windows or tailgate to go back up if I have a personal profile 🙈

@@thecarsage5116 Frustrating. Brand new truck and no Wi-Fi so no myChevrolet app. Tailgate down but won't go back up same with Windows still. I read where some will and some won't?

@@mnnomad1870 Most trucks come with Wifi capability. Though it's part of the payment plan. I believe you get a month free though with a new truck purchase. As for the windows and tailgate, can you get to the dealer you bought it from. They should take care of that.

Can you help me? I have a 2021 Chevy Silverado and a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Phone. When I connect with Android Auto, I can no longer surf the internet on my phone. However, the phone is projecting to the vehicle. Is there something that I am missing with this feature. Other users can access the WIFI Hotspot, but Android Auto disable my WIFI on my phone.

Yes that is correct. When you are connected it will no longer allow you to surf the net on the phone. I am told this has to do with the phone manufacturer and gov regulations as they don’t want people driving and using the internet.

Your phone has to be connected to infotainment system via bluetooth. Then you press the speak button on the right side of the steering wheel and ask your phone to read you your message. It basically uses either Siri if you have iphone or Google assistant if you have an Android. Hope that works for you.

You should be able to, but it depends on the model and year of vehicle.

@@danfichtner4639 You should be able to connect either with Apple Carplay or Android Auto on your cell phone directly to the screen. Not sure you can get the apps on the screen without a compatible cell phone connection.
