Hi Logan, my understanding is that a rotary pump machine will produce a better tasting espresso compared to a vibratory pump machine so for this reason alone I would not opt for the mini vivaldi or Dream T although I have never read anything negative about the taste from the tanked vibratory models. What's your thoughts? I think Whole Latte Love did a comparison? Also I would love this machine even more if both boilers were stainless steel although it would probably add to the cost but I personally would pay the difference.
