Well, if anyone else has received the safe without master keys as I have. . . I contacted RPNB via Amazon asking where the keys & bolts should be, they responded very quickly advising the keys would be on top of the safe in a small brown bag (they attached a photo of the bag) and the bolts would normally be inside the safe. They then told me how to open the safe using a power bank & usb-c cable + default passcode and attached a pic to help me locate the usb port. So that worked first time and having seen the safe inside and out now I Really don’t want to have to return it for the sake of these small (but essential) missing components I understand it’s possible to purchase replacement keys as long as you can prove ownership when you place your order (you need to supply the original order number, the serial number of the safe & the number on the keyhole) so I’ve asked them to send me the missing keys. Once they confirm that they will do this I’ll go ahead and program / use the safe since I’d intended to use the keys for emergency backup only Missing keys are not ideal but these things happen and I’ve been most impressed with RPNB’s customer service so far 👍🏼

How many fingerprints can be programmed? Does this also have holes inside allowing it to be permanently mounted?

Anyone know where the keys and bolts are when shipped ? I can’t find them in the packaging and they can’t be inside the safe as it’s locked
