I bought a reprogrammer for my 2009 Chevy cobalt LT and after I programmed a fob to it, my engine light came on. I ran the code reader and got a p0700 code and u0073 code. This makes no sense why it came on right after I did this but it’s been fine. I only have 89k miles. Any help/ideas why please?

That ain't bed at all because a locksmith and the dealership is going to charge you about $200 and sum dollars.

My Pontiac shows a remote start option on the radio settings and I turned it on. My key fobs gonna be delivered in 2 days I’m wondering if the remote start would work since the Pontiac mentions remote start

Okay, I have an ‘09 cobalt which the battery died on the fob and now only the panic works on the fob… do I still need an OBD to fix/reprogram it?

So can i buy one that has remote start, program it and the remote start will also work?
