How long has Harry been playing tennis?

Don't understand why Coach Gu says you have to feed with a Continental grip. I play with an Eastern Forehand grip. Have hit a million forehands with that. Have never hit a Continental forehand. I am not a coach and rarely feed. But when I do feed, I feed with my normal forehand grip. Don't see why anyone would feed with a grip that they never use!
