Ive been watching for about a week now and I enjoy the format of your videos. Along the way I've learned a few things about my overactive hip flexors and back pain.

thank you so much for this. I have been doing bench press at home recently and don't have a bench. This explains why that has not felt right with my feet, butt and shoulders in the same plane. I have noticed stress in my shoulders and was attributing that to too much weight in my hang cline. Thank you so much.

Thanks a ton for this video I just back in the gym after being out for years and I’ve never known how to do a correct press and I did chest today and felt more stress in my arms and shoulders then in my chest doing the bench press now that I know the correct way I’m gonna be changing a lot of things

May you guys do a lot more variations on lower back strength exercises. I've had lower back weakness n pain for about 20yrs now and I am above average athletic guy.

What about open heart surgery patients it is now 18 months for me.I still am very uneasy with the bar finishing on my chest no dense strength there either.I'm weak with this exercise relative to squatting, dealift and other ones.I can't decide more reps or heavier weight. Help me out Mind Pump.

No mention of bar path travel? Do you support the "up and back" arch?

U guys didn't mention about the lowest point (slightly below nipple) and the highest point (right above shoulders) of the bar, the elbow position (slightly tucked).

What's the significance of the shirts? I'm sitting here thinking 'SPAM Anywhere' throughout the entire video. Didn't find an explanation of it on the website either.

where are you supposed to position your head? Exactly eye level of the bar? or half your head? I'm struggling to progress my bench. Been stuck on 45 kgs for weeks and I've only ever been able to do 50 kg once.

But also how much weight lol, you arent gonna build muscle with proper form if youre benching 40 pounds.

Im kinda surprised that i did my First benchpress exactly the same.. maybe because i got a hollow Back since i was born... sometimes i lay in my bed this way, even before i started doing sport with weights.. i dont know if its good but for bp its prolly good

Lol how many guys does it take to teach the bench press semi-properly? Looks like three here.

I mean this doesn't work for me but everyone Is different. This method doesn't maximally activate the chest. Maybe outer pec tie In. But this will definitely not send the contraction to the center of your sternum. This looks more or less like an outer chest/front delt workout

This is so cringe - the guy just can't keep his hands off. What a weirdo. Not to mention the advice is terrible - because there's only one way to bench press folks.
