5550 I think is max hp and tq... ur driving everyday all day in manual upshifting at 5550 and not even racing lol not to mention ur suckin gas at high rpm... all these dodge videos showing how to shift but yall race and do pulls in auto mode lol with tc on lol ur all big simps don't have a clue wtf ur doing or saying

Don't downshift at all when coming to a stop with paddle shifters. Let the car do it. You will be revving your RPMS up just to stop the car, which is bad for your engine, transmission, and brakes. The only time you should ever down shift with paddles is to accelerate quickly when you're already up to driving speed. Edit* Or if you're reducing your speed but not planning to stop. Like if you're in 6th gear going 60mph, but you come into a 35mph zone you would down shift to about 4th gear.

That's why yo gas be gone right there. As long as the car shift more gears and lower the rp less gas being used and longer the gear hold more gas ..How you keep people from stealing yo charger.. because I want a scat pack wide body and I wanna do after market stuff to it.

there isn't really a set number, just downshift when you're slowing down. you know you downshifted too early if it the RPM shows 4000-5000+ after you just downshifted a gear (although it's not the end of the world, wont really do nothing to your car)

The car would last 2.5x longer if you drove it like a normal person. You’d get better gas mileage and pay less in repairs as well. This is the most improper way to use paddle shifters I have ever seen.

im not an expert but i feel like downshifting at a high speed or high rpm can blow your transmission. Im just wanting to know when to downshift especially on the highway going 65 on 5 and need to reduce speed to 2 or 3 really quickly.

It downshifts automatically even in manual mode lol and if ur in automode and someone tries u all u gotta do is hit that downshift paddle drop and a few and disappear and it will go back into auto mode automatically it wont let u downshift where ur not supposed or upshift.ur not blowing anything but gas and getting closer and closer to an another oil change.. take it back kid

People say 5500 is crazy? Shit I shifting a 7,000 start of the redline baby my powers pike is 6500 so it's not so bad, don't buy what you cannot afford.
