Who in their right mind would take a classic plump bagel and turn it into glorified sliced bread? A man in St. Louis started it all with an innocent tweet. "Today I introduced my coworkers to the St. Louis secret of ordering bagels bread sliced. It was a hit!" Maybe it was in St. Louis, but not in New York, the unofficial bagel capital of the world. #InsideEdition

Don’t knock it till you try it. It can be eaten with a proportional amount of cream cheese. He wasn’t even slicing it right anyway, and bread co bagels hardly qualify as bagels anyway. It is much more similar to specialty bread sliced. For example it would be appropriate at breakfast to order a bagel regular sliced, or any major meal. However it would be more appropriate to order a bagel bread sliced during tutoring or a work project. You would also order a multitude of bagels bread sliced for an event or meeting. That way people can try different types of bagels. We all thought that everybody already did this, can you imagine your surprise if you woke up one morning and everybody said that you were eating a pie from the side.

I drive hundreds of miles a day for work which sometimes means that I have to eat breakfast on the road. So I will stop at Panera and ask them to put the bagel in the bread slicer. It's much easier to eat on the road
