Hi Clint thanks for all info.. I have heard that irrevocable trust are better as they provide asset protection and no estate tax.. Are these benefits state specific or it applies to all state?

These types of trusts do provide asset protection when property established and you can obtain estate tax savings on the growth of the assets transferred into the trust.

Thanks Clint. Can Land Trust be put inside a Living Trust? Or if Land Trust already exists, will assets inside of it avoid probate, and no need for Living Trust?

Yes it can and if the land trust is not in an LLC then you should place it in your living trust.

Thanks for the great video. A common issue to me about Trusts is how do i live off of the income that my assets (stocks and real estates) produces. Is it easy to flow out the income to a bank account and spend? If yes, is it smart (in tax perspective)? I aprreciate in advance the attention.

Yes it flows to you and their isn't a tax at the trust level.

Sorry, I’m confused, when you say “wealth” and “preserving wealth” are you referring to wealth meaning the federal reserve debt notes that are only allowed to be used by members of the federal reserve board or are you referring to United States Treasury securitized notes?

@@ClintCoons oh “assets”. Do you mean “assets” that return a principal/monthly dividends/coupons or do you mean “assets” that have monthly charges/costs? Or maybe you mean “assets” on which I pay taxes as trustee holding the certificate or maybe you mean “assets” to which I hold security entitlement due to entitlement order and indorsement of the certificate back over to the custodian thereby turning such custodian into security intermediary/transfer agent and me into entitlement holder/beneficiary/investor?
