how to pull down D8K final drive !

6 жыл бұрынthis is how we pull down dozer final drives! both of the hubs are original Cat. this is Caterpillar Dozer D8K 66vxxxx serial. We used two different hydraulic tanks to pull it down but succeeded with original caterpillar tank. we wrapped chain around the hub to avoid bouncing out! My Instagram: Ly_group

Like Jeff said always leave the retainer nut on!! Doing that job in that fashion can have deadly results!!

Leave the sprocket retainer nut on, just loosen it enough to leave a 5mm gap what your doing is very dangerous and it will damage the threads,
