How to quickly make a cake with cottage cheese | Curd cake with black currant | curd
If you like pies with cottage cheese, but you don't like to spend a long time in the kitchen - this recipe is just for you!!!
The cake is very delicious, fragrant, soft and fluffy with fresh sourness of black currants 😋. And it is made very quickly and super simply.
If you don't have or don't like black currants, replace them with other berries 😉.
You will need:
Dough:
2 eggs
60g of sugar
60g of butter
120g of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
For the cottage cheese layer:
500g of cottage cheese
3 eggs
120g of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
salt
30g of corn starch
100g of black currants
Baking forms with a diameter of 20 cm
