I used a mullen, sweet grass, raspberry leaf, and a tiny bit of mint as a mixture. The raspberry leaf is a diuretic and it will make you pee but it adds a great flavor to the mix. Highly recommend it. Worked for a while but with out the right mind set it is quite difficult. Mind and body have to be on the same page about quitting.

Nice I knew of St Johns for smoking, but not yarrow and mullein both of which I can identify - haven't tried to identify johns work - actually have some dried yarrow leaves and flowers, I'm getting some mullein specifically for this

I have to order Mullein because I haven't found any nearby, but that's what I'm doing too. Didn't know about the others tho. Thanks once again for the tips.

Catnip is good. It smells and tastes a little like mint, but when you smoke it, it doesn't taste or smell like mint. The flowers, leaves and stems are good for smoking. The leaves are good for making a tea. They have a calming, relaxing effect either way. One thing though: every cat in the area will come and watch you. I still haven't figured that out. Cats usually* don't smoke. Maybe they can smell it when you smoke it because whether you are rolling it in papers or using a pipe, you crush the leaves and the oils have a smell. *I'm sure there might be a viral video somewhere or a story of a cat smoking. So, I said usually just in case, lol.

what do you smoke it out of a pipe. because what i do with the mullein is i take one of the leaves fill it with mullein and make almost a cigar from it but i haven't got a real good way of keeping it together its always been its been amazingly intact or just unraveling its self but it seems like if i wet the seams then let it dry under a heat lamp or just sunlight its always been good

Hey I really liked your video. Casually presented and informative about a few herbs that aren't familiar to me. I would like to say that lobelia and mullein seem to be the big herbs when it comes to helping people who are trying to calm the desire to use tobacco. What is your opinion on that?
