Speaking of wisdom...I was reminded of this verse in James 1:5, If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking.

Wow that's a funny coincidence! My baby will be born in about a month. As of late September I will also have a 4 year old, 2 year old, and an infant. I'm really feeling the pressure and am realizing more deeply that I need serious guidance in raising them right. Im a new subscriber too from this video!

My husband and I are currently raising a 4 year old daughter and a 6 month old daughter, it’s been a challenge with our 4 year old.... she is a REBEL! Haha. God knows when to send His word at the right time, I needed this. Thank you kindly. God bless mama ❤️.

Loved this video, My daughter just had a baby boy two weeks ago.She was told by fertility doctors, she would never be able to have children. But I always told her to keep her faith, leave it to the Lord. Because no one knows except the Lord. Now she has her baby boy, he's so beautiful. So I'm sending her your link to watch.. I had been praying for godly structure and order in my home. I am a widow. I have custody my grand daughter who is being healed by Jesus if a congenital heart defect known as tetrology of Fallow. I typed structure and order in the search and saw many famous preachers, but, kept looking...when I saw your video I knew to watch. I'm so happy I did. Thank you for your wisdom. God bless you. Hie Annie thank you for you video really helped me to understand how to teach my daughter God's word,she's only two but very strong willed and it's tough not knowing how to discipline her without making her feel unloved but now I understand how to thank you. THE ROD is referring to spankings not merely punishment and or serious lectures. Of course it all plays a part. .. Prov 22:15: “Foolishness is bound in the heart of a child; but the rod of correction shall drive it far from him.” Prov 23:13-14: “Withhold not correction from the child: for if thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die. Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell I know, we hate the thought of it. BUt it's all love .......

@Natalia Mason I'm sorry your mother used a broom stick and other objects on you. As for evidence that is reliable, I cited "five decades of research involving over 160,000 children." No offense, but you used anecdotal evidence. It isn't wise to rely on anecdotal evidence.

absolutely amazing video. I have young kids and have been really struggling and being criticized by my ex husbands family for trying to raise my children biblically. It has really made me doubt myself as a parent, what you say about not disciplining in anger is absolutely key and that is the difference between correction / discipline and abuse. I feel so many parents these days are trying to be their parents friends. I know it is controversial but i believe the bible commands us to spank our children and i practice this but i always explain why they are being disciplined and we pray afterwards. i now truly understand what my parents meant when they said "this hurts me more than it hurts you". thank you for making this video

New subscriber! Omg such a confirmation. I learned that another thing God does is doing everything in love. I have a blended family and things are tough. I am learning so much about them now but the most important thing that I lacked and learned personally was love. He taught me how to start really loving my bonus babies! Which is extremely hard to admit but God gets the glory because it was true! I birth two smaller boys and there was something different in how i showed affection to my older two. I mean i do not play favorites but it was a different kind of bond with them...But now thanks to an ever loving God my older two and I are creating a true awesome bond!

first of all, i love your video, great advice and inspiration... I was curious, there are so many videos out there about raising Godly children, but it seems like they are all geared someone who has been living a christian life and is raising up a child in that. I am looking for a video/advice for someone who is newly committed to Jesus, raising older boys that haven't grown up with the Lord...i need help!

Hailey Hobbs hello Hailey! Thank you for your comments. As long as the parent is a believer any Christian even if they are newly Christian I still believe these principles can still work for their children. The children do not have to be Christians in order for them to still and still these principles in their lives. If anything it’s crucial that they do so that the lord can maybe use it to store their hearts towards him! Hopefully this helps! 😍

I'm a kind of new Christian I have 3 girls 9,6,5 and a 5month old baby boy and I am going threw the most difficult time since February when I made the decision to change for the better and this helps if possible could you do some Christian parenting topics like only discipline structure and lesson planning for them what to let them have access to that is appropriate my 9yo suffers from depression and do you maybe have any tips on how to help her I have her in therapy but from a parenting standpoint it's hard

Spanking is not a Biblical practice.

Spanking causes long-term harm. Believers don't seem interested in reading about the studies. A meta-analysis of 50 years of studies was done. I guess I can hope at least a few read up on it.
