Can any body help me? Why can I measure the elevation at sea level and I can measure the elevation of the mountain top and every foot in between but I can not measure the 8" per mile squared according to the pythagorean theorum of geometry and spheres for earth to be a spinning ball with a circumference of 24,901 miles?

@@LUTHERJ304 its both. earth is a hemisphere, add in the atmosphere its a ball. both groups are right, they just cant see come to terms with each other. So both groups will continue to be wrong.

It does nothing for you. Its stil different numbers. Height of instrument. To hub. That's the number u gonna have dude. U made a device that will confuse the hell out of contractors. If it's not broke dont fix it

he didnt make anything....its an engineers rod not a builders rod. these are called philly rods and been around forever. every major manufacture makes them. If you cant use it, its because you lack the brain power. Dont fault others for your short comings.
