The GIA certificate is one of the world's strictest and most reliable diamond certificates. It includes an assessment of the 4Cs (Color, Clarity, Cut and Carat). The 4Cs is the universal method for evaluating the quality of any diamond in the world.
In this video, you will learn more about Color, Carat and Clarity, and how you can use them to filter out the poor-quality diamonds before purchasing your engagement ring.

Nice to see this video as a follow through from Part 1, we are enjoying the chart reading lesson to know what it is saying, so we justify our price for a diamond buy or sale. Nice lesson about the 0 - 100 point ct weight learning here. This makes great sense about diamond sizes. Loved this hue share. Thank you, Lance & Patrick.

in our country GIA issues certificates not like this, we have a lot of stones that are exactly the same as diamonds in africa but we get to the lab, our stones are directly named natural rough criztal quartz, and certificates are just like an ATM card

I'm looking at a 1.56 carat, H color, S12, Very Good Cut Diamond. After viewing your video I have a concern. Under Clarity Characteristics: Feather, Etch Channel, Cavity. Needle Indented Natural are listed. I love the deep settings of antique style. Is this diamond worth the $10,800.00 asking price?

For a diamond more than 1.5 carat, you should always go for a clarity that is VSI or higher.

...it might not be real? there's forged certification. Try looking for a gemologist to see if the certification is real

dude you said it yourself carat on Diamonds equals a specific volume cuz shit sharlock it's the same material and only because some People only watch at one dimension of the diamond doesn't mean that it's wrong to say carat equals size cuz it does ;)

I think his take away lesson is to pick a one carat diamond that fits within the standard proportion , not something that look visually smaller or visually larger to maximize fire & brilliance.
