Very good video to grade the planets in terms of house rulership for a natal chart. The 7th house ruler is a Maraka but is also a kinda. 2nd house is maraka (so is 12th house) if is also a 7th house ruler, the planet can become a real killer but if the planet can combine with a trine ruler, can do good too. Other points are : think you did mention 7th house and 10th house ruler combined is bad for marriage. But although this planet is suffering from kendrapathi dosai (it can only be Mercury and Jupiter), it is ruling thex10th house. 10th rules worship, worship is a real panacea for such a planet (a vedic remedy).

Readers may be surprised why the 12th house is considered a neutral house even though it is a Dusthana. And the reason is NOT because it is 50% malefic and 50% good.
