In my "Exhaust Smoke" diagnosis, I forgot to include How to read a spark plug! It's critical that you learn how to do it, in order to diagnose what's wrong. Fuel Fouled? Oil Fouled? Fuel and Oil Fouled? Too Rich? Too Lean? Timing off? You can tell by looking at your plugs!

As you can tell, in between shifts there's a puff of smoke out the Passenger Side exhaust... I have an X pipe, which means there's something going on with the Driver Side Valve train. Is it a bent valve? Bad Valve Guide? A PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) issue? Let's figure it out! We'll read the plugs, do a Leak Down Test and go from there... fingers crossed I don't have to pull the head! If I can do this at home, so can you!
