I participated in a study for some PhD project and I've got my fMRI scans to take home together with RadiANT COM software to view them. They are a FLAIR scan, MPRAGE (I think axial, coronal and maybe saggital), DTI and one called TRA? Can I convert/combine those scans to a nice picture like this where you get axial, coronal and saggital in one picture with the axis? I can also confert them to nifti format.

It would be very simple to take the center of gravity of the heat map generated by a MRI mapping the oxygen transfers of the red blood cells which give off warmth that can be detected as picture with rough edges.Take the center of gravity of the picture image and put it in a list. Then define what caused the image like the letter A or a picture of a hammer or car or piano. The whole alpha bet could be quantified for a person. Every time the (x,y) corrdinates of the center of gravity reading are present,, regard the list of defining MRI heat maps and see what was recorded for that images center of gravity while the patient was looking at something.. Every time the patient looks at the same something the same heat map will be generated.and the printer can print what it was.
