@@kimberlydepp6678 different districts/counties/states/countries whatnot have different times for school. i start august 21 and end june 12. not everybody in the entire world starts at the same time. it’s not a universal agreement.

quick tips:drink ginger shots in the morning with an empty stomach cuz me myself i used to have acne a lot on my nose,temple,chin when i started drinking IT GIVES ME RESULT IN LITERALLY IN 5-7 days.And if u still get acne when u have a good skincare, its mean u need to take care of your diet and eat balanced food, tomatoes and cucumber really makes my skin GLOWWW AF

A really important tip is that you don’t need to do everything right! Its better to be 1% better then 0% better, “I was gonna do 5 sit-ups but I only managed 3.” That’s fine! Its better then nothing, “I started yoga” great job! “I finally brushed my teeth after a month” congratulations! I’m so proud of you! “I brushed my hair after a while” that’s amazing! “I ate something healthy” that’s good! Keep it going! Remember your amazing, and you don’t need to be perfect for others, your perfect just the way you are, keep your head up. We all have ups and downs, even if you fall behind, doesn’t mean you can’t get up and on track again, do what YOU like, what YOU want! You don’t need to change yourself to be perfect, because you already are perfect just the way you are, it’s pointless to train or workout if you don’t like the workouts your doing! Do what YOU want and what YOU need. remember, it’s YOUR life and YOUR choices! Your amazing! Keep up the amazing work! I’m so proud of you!

It’s completely normal to have it, so please don’t feel bad! I had awful acne, but simple CeraVe cream to foam cleanser, apple cider vinegar diluted with water, and a store bought moisturizer helped sooo much. Remember to change you pillow case. Try not to stress too much, and stay away from foods that make you break out. Good luck in school
