At the bottom of the head there are nuts you have to remove they are a complete pain in the ass to get to with the engine being in the frame. If you go to 9:36 in the video and pause it at the base of the jug you can see the hole for the bolt, a nut should be on it if your jug is attached to the bottom end. Sounds like ya need a whole new top end, hope this helped.

I removed the 4 14mm/ 9/16” nuts and the head I tried putting a braided rope in the cylinder and out head back on and tried to put tension on the piston with the pull rope nothing I’m going to try having some holding tension while I whack it i guess idk it’s stuck on there damn good

I had not enough compression to do anything at all no fire even plug would just keep getting wet so I know it has great spark ⚡️

I have removed the rear mount also it actually ripped in half made it easier lol I got a spare 250 trail boss for parts removed exh flange left it all together idk

@@olsonjamiecouple taps with a dead-blow or rubber mallet might help also remember heats your friend maybe try hitting the base of the cylinder with a torch. 11:46 gives a clear shot of what it looks like with it off, use that to determine your best plan of attack but make sure all bolts are removed prior to doing this. Check the service manual for confirmation, last thing you want is to damage your rod or crank in this process.
