I did not enjoy using OBS much because OBS doesn’t support cloud storage and it causes the system to lag or crash multiple times. It’s the only bummer. So I moved to the Vmaker screen recorder and It has all the features similar to the other application.

These are NOT FREE. Giving you 5 min of record time is not free. That is like telling people that the sample cart at Costco is giving out free meals. I slice of cheese on a cracker is not a meal.

The two open source options, ShareX and OBS, are free. That's the nature of open source software. If you use them, however, it would be nice if you contribute to their development.

First (#5) didn't work. I just get stuck in a loop of choosing things. Before I waste any more time, do any of these work? The easiest thing so far is just pointing my phone at the screen.

what is the best free video screen recorder, for video that is over 2 hours long, and you are able to download and install the program, rather than use it online...............(i will be doing zoom tutorials, and need to record them, they will be appx 2 hours long)....... what is a good free video screen recorder for video that is 2 hours long............

Free online screen Recorder don't work with MAC OS Big Sur and all newer OS as the program is incompatible. For WIN 10 is working but don't forget isn't free. I can only record 5min FREE. After that time you have to go to pay version.
