TikTok gives you lots of options to recover and restore your account using your email or phone number. But if you don't have access to either one you can always follow along with the steps in this video. I walk you through contacting TikTok customer support directly.
Your best bet is to really try to get access to that old email or number you used to sign up for TikTok. If you really can't get access to them, contacting TikTok support is your best option. I recommend trying to include as much information as possible about your email and number and what happened to it and why you can't use them to recover your account. TikTok will need to know and be sure you're not some random person trying to hack or break into someone else's account.

Ya no luck for me.. I forgot if I logged in with apple or my IG but can’t figure out why. 2 months doing this - any alternatives? I like my user name I created I know it was through IG cause our logo was moved over to it right away

@@Betsiemae I tried logging in through other social medias like before you login, there's options where you login through twitter, facebook, gmail, instagram, etc. And I was able to open my account. I realized my account was created through twitter.

It takes over 2-3 weeks, it could be less or more. But it depends. It works tho, they did respond, but I couldn’t log back in because, I don’t know the google account I logged into. But make sure to give as much details as possible. And I’ll guarantee that you’ll get your account back.
