After you download the VPN everyone you have to make a new account while the VPN is connected to the country you want it to thats the only way you are going to successfully change the country

google play doesnt work on vpns when they blocked it, if your outside u.s dont bother digging up to redeem it becuz even if you do you cant spend it on in-app purchases and games, only in the movies/tv section. The best way to get google credit is to use play points redeem them weekly and use the points to get credits, you can spend that credit you earn anywhere!
