1. Choose rectangle or sq shape plot 2. Hire an architect for planning and a structural engineer for structural design 3. Prefer more builtup area and less plinth area to reduce cost of foundation 4. Avoid complicated designs during planning like oval shaped 5. Make internal wall thickness lesser compared to external. 6. Maintain Reqd room height 7. Good contractor to avoid mistake 8. Use AAC block instead of clay bricks reduce labour cost and speed up construction 9. PPC or OPC and sand or m sand 10. Same type of flooring for all rooms 11. Aluminium or flush doors 12. Same type of painting for all room 13. Design ext elevation with cement mortar 14. Chevk every stage 15. Complete on time to reduce labour cost.

sir,instead of red brick can we use cement solid blocks size of 16x8x8 for load bearing constuction !i mean with out any column and beam?

Yes can be used but you have construct the building with framed structure so that AAC block will act as partitions.... If you are going to construct building with wall bearing structure means you can go for solid blocks or clay bricks which can take the loads because AAC block can be used as partition but not for taking loads...

People say AAC Blocks are not good for small house (500sqft) and they have cracks issues?

Yes... As said in the video AAC blocks preferred for framed structure building.. If we use it for small project wall load bearing structure building, it may crack
