Thank you for making a video connecting mental health with finances and home buying. I go to counseling as well and finances are a key way that I maintain a sense of control. Hopefully, I’ll be able to open up about my finances when the time comes to purchase a home. 🧐

Home buying or life in general, therapy is a godsend. It is interesting that we get so wrapped up in our heads that we don’t realize the emotions are manifesting in our bodies. My therapist introducing me to ‘body wisdom’ made me realize how much control I truly have in whatever situation I’m in. This was a great interview. I’d love to see more of her on your channel.

This is still a great and important video that is applicable to life in general, and not just people who are in the home buying process. Very helpful. I am stressing right now over buying a house now. I am in escrow with a new build due to close July 15th. Stressing about closing costs and not hearing back from lender. I am not going with the builders’ lender because my lender is giving me a better rate, DP and CC assistance. But, I know my lender is just waiting for the closing day but it’s just stressful for me right now
