How to Refill a Flux Pen

"Brevity is the soul of wit." Bwahaha!! Not everything is murky and mysterious. Sometimes the answer is as simple as removing the tip, adding more flux, and re-inserting the tip. Thanks for making a great video that reminds all of us to laugh a little!

Who would have thought it ? 1 - Pull off the pen top 2 - Pour in flux 3 - Push in the pen top

Right?! The initial instinct is to remove the felt tip and add the flux that way but it is much easier to remove the whole top receptacle!

LOL yes I was repeatedly trying to remove the felt tip and fill through the opening.....was going to try to press it in with something while filling.....it all seems so obvious now... 🤣 Thanks man!

How about tip replacement? I noticed you guys sell that too but the tip remains inserted into the dispenser cap throughout this video.

To replace the felt tip simply pull up on it with a rag or paper towel and then push the new one in. To get the flux flowing push the tip against a hard surface before first use.
