hi
first of all, DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME .FOR SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES ONLY
in this video you will see how to refill and embed a air gun pellet in the blank cartridge 6.8*18 mm in order to shoot more accurately!
With this method, the weight of any type of air rifle pellet can be increased and the converted pellet can be fired while maintaining ballistics and accuracy.
this converted cartridge can be used without risk, without damage to the barrel or bullet, in homemade guns or survival rifle.

Some people says why spend so much time just to make one cartridge, little do they know that shooting your own hand made is the most professional thing, also very addictive, you know the full capacity of your bullet.

Yeah, absolutely. I have a few buddies that reload. Over the years I have asked a few to make special (usually powered down) loads for me. In one instance I asked a friend to make some cartridges for an antique gun that fires an obsolete round (and is unobtainable). I said that I would buy whatever components necessary. Now these guys have given me ammo to try over the years, so I didn't understand what I was asking. So the one guy that I asked for these replica rounds invited me to watch the process of him reloading common cartridges, and said that I could use his setup if I tracked down the necessary components. After seeing the time and expertise involved, I never asked again. I didn't trust myself to even use his equipment. People do this for the hobby, and some to save money. Most are chasing a pet round for a particular gun. Either way, it is very time consuming. Now I am even more appreciative when someone gives me a sample of their work. BTW...only use handloads from someone that you trust. Never buy those bags of loose ammo that you see at gun shows and some stores. There are people that get into it thinking that they are going to make money, so they rush the process. Loose bag ammo is notorious for blowing up guns. If made quickly, inconsistent powder loads can go from to weak, to very high pressure and dangerous. Sorry about the book.

Just found this video found it very informative and knowledgeable Because of the crimp on the shell It Could work better with small amount of liquid metal it's like jb Weld to fill in Around the lead stops any gases seeping out on combustion might help. On the mix side you could get everything ready just to be seated in then mix small amount should get 30/50 done only few seconds to push projectile in I've done it made a big difference at first thought powder was wrong amount such a better impact Hope this might help you could try a couple see if you notice the difference good luck stay SAFE 👍😉👏

Because its amount is high and something has about 600 joules of energy. For this, something like 120 joules is needed, so it must be emptied and refilled. Before filling, the powder must be completely emptied so that the opening of the cartridge can be narrowed, and then The structure of rim fire is different from center fire.

It takes less time to make these cartridges, than a lot of other reloading steps. Making copper jacketed hollow point bullets. Precision bench rest reloading. Making brass jacketed hollow point.223 and .222 bullets out of spent.22 LR brass and .22 shorts. Casting bullets etc etc, all are time consuming but when you fire three shots at over 100 yards and all three shots went into one slightly jagged hole.... It's very satisfying and it's a great hobby. Reloading equipment, can be a bit pricey but, you'll have them for a lifetime. It's great as long as you do a lot of target practice and hunting. I do not recommend reloading for the casual once every two months or so shooter. It's expensive.

Just use a drop of super glue to put the pellet on top of the blank and you can single load them just fine.................Failing that you can just use the pellets like a black powder rifle and use a ram rod down the barrel then use a blank cartridge...... FAR FAR easier and you will get around 2200-2500fps out of it

Here's an idea.... just put the blank in the chamber, and then drop in a few pallets in the barrel, then fire, I'm sure it will be interesting lol.

You can literally buy .22 and .22LR Casting molds..or easily cast your own. Lead is cheap. You can buy spent brass (jackets/casings) somewhat inexpensively. There's an entire DIY Industry for replacing primers and projectiles of all caliber of ammunition..including 100% legal Reloading powder. Crimped Blank Brass is not intended nor recommended for use in propelling projectiles.
