If anybody is having trouble sliding the rubber trim out like I did, I sprayed mine down with silicon spray and let it sit for a few minutes. They slid right out and made the job really easy and no damage to the fragile rubber. Silicon spray is incredibly useful on these cars as you basically use it for anything rubber on the vehicle.

Hello, how did u manage to install the hole cover flap? You told that one was lost. I ve the same problem, I broke one and I don't know how to change/install another one.

Fabio Spadoni it broke off on my first trim piece so I went and got another trim piece

Ubaid Ghaffar hey bro I would but it was the most basic black spray paint and basic clear coat. Any gloss would work the same

What’s your wait time between each black coat?

15-25 min is good

How long was the dry time on the last clear coat ?

1 hour to be safe

Cool thanks man. I think I rushed it and didn't let it dry. It's still kind of squishy and leaves fingerprints when pressing on it. I put 3-4 costs of black (10 minutes each appeared to be dry) then clear coat (15 min each) so I think I way under estimated the time. Thanks again . Products used: -Rust-Oleum flat protective enamel (black) "stops rust" -Rust-Oleum crystal clear enamel (glossy finish) "stops rust"

It’ll leave prints at first I remember that too. I’d let it dry for a day and see where to go from there!
