I show you how to completely freshen up & save your greasy, sweaty workout hair without washing it. This is a great technique for not only gym days but also for days at the beach, picnics, amusement parks, etc. You only need dry shampoo and a hair dryer for this super quick & easy tutorial. I show you step by step how to go from wet, greasy mess to refreshed, shiny, & ready to go out. At the end I also show you how to create a last-minute messy bun as a last ditch effort in case you can't get anything else to work with your hair. Plus, I actually worked out (running, lunges, & squats) before shooting this video so I could show you how to work with actual sweat! I'd love to hear your techniques for feeling & looking fresh after your workouts in the comments below!

As a dude I have no shame in keeping my hair sweat-free, been dealing with sweaty and greasy hair at the gym, especially after wearing a hat. This video literally saved me from skin irritation post-workout. The order seems to matter as well (dry hair shampoo > soak in > blowdry > comb). In the end this has been a godsend, thank you for the great advice!!!!

I just can’t get past the gross feeling!! I always feel like I’m covering the vomit on the carpet with powder like they did when we were kids in school and someone vomited in the hall! Your hair looks great though!

Thanks for the video. I have a question: sometimes I have listened that one should dry hair first and then apply the dry shampoo. It doesn’t matter the order? And... I would appreciate if you could tell me the name of the product (the product in the red bottle) that you putted to have more volume on roots, because I have thin hair and is hard to have volume. Thanks!!!

Hi Sara. I'm looking at a website for the Living Proof spray - it has the Full Dry Volume Blast that you have a link to in the description box but also a separate Perfect Hair Day Dry Shampoo. Is it definitely the dry volume blast that you use and recommend? Have you tried the dry shampoo?Thanks! Emma
@TheStyleBlog

Hey Emma, thanks so much for pointing this out! I must have linked to the wrong product or Amazon changed the listing or something. The product i use in this video is the DRY SHAMPOO. I also have the volume blast spray but it's more of a hairspray & I didn't use that in this video. I recommend the dry shampoo 100% it's definitely my favorite! I'll change the link in the description. Thanks a million for pointing that out! 💜

Ahh Sara! Tysm for these tips! Last term I made more time for fitness and I noticed how dry my hair was getting from washing it 2-3 times every day/every other day. I definitely need a blow dryer! Some ideas for future videos: GRWM routine/night routine More skincare videos Storytime videos-I’m sure you have a ton! Also, if you haven’t noticed, there’s a new trend on KZfaq of eating in front of the camera while telling stories. 😄 DIY hacks and crafts if any... College tips Study tips Grad cap decorations

Thanks so much for the comment & video suggestions! Yes, I really dislike washing my hair that frequently. I'm sure you could do this look without a blow dryer too- it might just take a little longer to dry 😊 I really appreciate the video suggestions & I will try to make some of them soon! & congrats for making more time for fitness! That is definitely a great priority 💛

You can use the cool setting. And heat setting is still not as damaging as sweat and leaving water on hair for long instead of drying it, which damages your hair more. Also the sweaty scalp attract dirts and the sebum clogs the hair follicles, which is really bad for the hair health and new hair growth. Healthy scalp is utmost important for healthy hair.

You should only dry sweaty hair with cool air. Sweat is not gross unless you let it sit

Hello Sarah, I think you should renew your channel and adapt to the new topics that are on the top of the great youtuber, there are many new themes, I do not know, video blogs, storytime, and themes that leave a bit of your comfort zone, if You made the decision to be brave and return to your channel, after a couple of years, it is because you are still indebted to your followers and yourself. so that is my advice, it is not bad that you continue with the content you left behind but it is also important that you should adapt to the proposals that youtubers are now showing, but yes, never lose your own brand and your personality. That is my advice that I give you to continue growing more and more with your channel and that many more people know who Sarah Norton is. greetings and blessings to you and your cute family.

Thanks for the suggestions! I would like to do more of these vlog-style videos & I will try to find time for them. It's hard right now because I can literally only film when my daughter is sleeping because I'm the only one who takes care of her during the day, but I will try to fit something like that into my video schedule. Thanks for the comment 💛

@@TheStyleBlog Oh thnx it's a pleasure to me, give some suggestions to your channel. There's a lot of topics to show on KZfaq and also this will help you, to grow up with your suscribers. You're so brave to coming back to KZfaq, after a couple of years. About your brother Will, it was really sad, I saw the news about the Joplin's tragedy in 2011 cause I have many friends and family there and that was concern. Now you have grow up, you get marry and move over from Joplin. And now KZfaq has change it's policies and change the way of posting videos. Im glad to help you whatever you want. I saw your videos from 2010 since you recording vídeos from your home in Joplin, Mo. Cheers and bless to your family.
