@LOSTREED Yeah you can remove payment method but not when any subscriptions is active like of Apple Music or iCloud. Also if you want to buy an app from AppStore then it must needs payment method to complete purchase. So better not to remove payment method.

please the debit card i used for the purchase has gotten misplaced and i called my bank to block that particular card so i wanted to ask that with the blocked debit card can the refund be sent to my bank account?

No need to cancel manually, it will automatically cancelled within 1-2 days after receiving credit note to respective Apple ID

depending upon your bank, on average 7 business days. if your bank is private it will take upto 3 days to reflect refund amount.

Hello, Can you please make a video of how the remainder amount credit back to bank account, like today, I got charged mistakenly for year subscription for an app instead I only wanted 1 month plan, then I gone to settings and changed my subscription plan to one month, so confusion is the amount which got debited for yearly subscription will I get partial amount return? Because now I have downgraded to one month subscription!!!!

Actually When you buy any in App Purchase then at the time when it needs Face ID authentication at that pop up, You need to select for how much time u need it by default Apps show option of yearly subscription but right there you need to choose accordingly. Regarding refund you can get full money back if u report accidental purchase to apple support and tell them about what exactly happened. definitely they’ll help for full refund in case if it is eligible! otherwise one month money will be deducted and rest of the amount will be refunded to initial payment method. still you have any other Queries feel free to ask. @@dstk thank you again for such informative knowledge and learned new thing as well ✨😇 last question - on report a problem I can see the purchase history which was made mistakenly (yearly subscription ones) as well I can see the ones which I later changed to Monthly subscription and status is pending for monthly subscription (We're still processing these purchases. You can report a problem once they're done) !!!! And I can’t apply for refund now.

hey buddy your video is very informative, can you answer me small question, i have downloaded app Tap scanner and i wanted only 1 month subscription (399INR) when i was going to subscribed got charged for whole 1 year plan(4200INR), then i went to settings in phone and changed the subscription plan downgraded to 1 month plan and while changing it showed remainder amount will get refunded so does it mean partial amount will get refunded?

Question, So I have made a refund and deleted my payment method. If I add that same payment method again will my money get transferred there even though I have removed it before?

Even if you remove payment method, delete Apple ID, throw away your phone, your bank card is broken or what so ever but still apple will refund exact same account to native payment method and yeah if your bank account is blocked then also you will get refunded amount once you unblock it but yeah after closing bank account technically that money will not be yours bank will take it. In short apple sends u credit note that means you are getting your money sooner or later!

Usually it takes 7 business days after receiving credit note but surely you will get refunded amount sooner than a mentioned Time line.

As you’ve received an email from apple regarding refund request it mean in next 24-48 hours you need to visit same website to see results if it is written there that apple has initiated refund it means in next 7 business days you will get your money back at respective payment method. You can use your native language we can respond by translating, back to your question: No there is no need to do that if you lower down the plan from year to month - Apple will not refund any money under such circumstances. For refund all you need to do is to report problem at apple. com this is the only website to get your money back!

@Hammad Younas Bro, As u mentioned Apple had initiated refund so does they send you an credit note at your email? If you have credit note then reset is totally depends on your bank usually it takes 7-14 business days - If it is private bank then takes 3-4 B days to credit your refunded amount. So here in you case - be little bit patient surely you will receive refund sooner or later. Hello Happy Sunday! I bought a subscription, unfortunately, I did not get the features that I was supposed to get, so I requested a refund. On the “Check Status of Claims,” it told me that I already had been refunded, I checked my account, and nope, none was refunded. @Clark Justin Nice question but Yet, there is not limit set by Apple you can get refund only the reason is genuine, else they will not initiate refund. In Game purchase have lots of issue at the time of refund.

already apple ne reference no email mae mention kiya hi hoga but bank ko kyu chaiyae vo tuo jis payment se paise kate hai vahi per refund hua hai. 7 business day tak rah dekho paise appne app hi ajaye gae. agar koi aur diktat ho tuo direct muje instagram ya twitter per contact kare I’ll try my best to help you!

@UDAY GUJJAR once apple refund your amount, App will be there on your device but when you open it a pop up message shows app is refunded and can’t be open so if you want to access then you must have to purchase it again. After all it’s their monopoly. 😁

Apple ID se pay kiya hai tuo Apple ID credits mae ayega you can check by open settings > Apple ID > Payment and shipping > first option Apple ID > refunded amount will be credited there as Apple fund

could this work if a free trial didnt remind you when it was about to end? that happened to me and now im in a bit of trouble as the trial was for 1 year. (with this i mean if it would work on an application that another company created but is on the app store.)

Yup I got u, and yeah you can apply for refund no matter which company had developed the app, subscription comes under apple’s policy. so you will definitely get refund if any free trail ended and charged your payment method.

Hi, I received an email saying there's a decision already, and then I checked the status, written I got the refund, but when I checked my online bank, still not refunded, what could be the problem? After the accidental purchase, I removed my bank details on my i cloud. Should I put them back in order to receive the refund?

Don’t worry first add your payment details in iCloud. There is no relation with that, if you bought accidentally and apple initiated credit note then usually depending upon bank it will take 7 businesses days to reflect money to the respective payment method like to your debit card or credit card even if you removed it! @Mini Meister Head over to setting> tap on your name> subscription> find that sub and cancel it right away if apple billed it and due to payment failure - you have to do it manually next time to buy subscription or even in any case if money is deducted follow the steps mentioned in video. Hope everything will be clear to you if not then feel free to ask anytime.

@@hxiqall_6680 when you will at the page of report a problem after choosing all those relevant questions there is an page shows all the eligible app or subscription purchase from there u need to select for which u need refund and in some case the eligible date is expired then u can contact apple support they have special authority if purchase was done accidentally! @@dstk hi, i recently had an accidentally purchased and receive the billing right now, free trial was 3days purchased date within free trial is sep 9 i canceled the app on sep 12 but still charge me, now i submitted a refund request, do you mind if i have a chance that they going to approve the refund? first you need to apply for refund by report a problem at apple dot com then within 3 min you’ll receive email about reporting problem and after 36-48 hours they’ll send credit note to respected email ID once they proceeded everything else depends on your bank 🏦 if they are fast then with in 5-7 business days amount will be credited.

If the bank card isn’t active at this moment then you will not get any refund but if you just remove it from the Apple ID then surely you will get refund, but if card does not exist then refunded money will not be credited to your account.

There is nothing profitable to use fuckkss here, so please calm down - Take a breath imagine a white flag in your mind and now listen the solution: You need to report a problem at apple dot com, login with your Apple ID and select a category & submit a claim. Within next 24-48 hours apple will send u a email with a link to check the status of claim so again head over to same website and if it shows amount is refunded then congrats you will get refunded money to your native payment method within 7-14 business days and in mean time apple will also send you credit note to your Apple ID and rest will be assured by your bank if they can process it fast then you will get refund sooner or else later but definitely u will get refund- Also if you still have confusion then feel free to ask here or directly connect me on Twitter or Instagram @dstecknowledge
