How to Refute the Christians when they Claim Jesus (pbuh) is God? - Dr Zakir Naik
SKLIQA-1
Questioner: My name is Mohammad Kaba’an I’m an airline student… I know your fashionable specialty is in comparative religion. Now my question is gonna be on Christianity. A lot of Christians say that Jesus is God. Can you also say any evidence is in the bible to refute this claim... Ahm.. Thank you very much.
Dr. Zakir Naik: Brother asked the question that many Christians claim that Jesus Christ (pbuh) is God so can you refute this from the Bible. Before I give the answer I would like to make a few points clear that Islam is the only non-Christian faith which makes it an article of faith to believe in Jesus Christ (pbuh).
No Muslim is a Muslim if he does not believe in Jesus Christ (pbuh).
We believe that he was one of the mightiest messengers of Allah (swt)
We believe that he was born miraculously without any male intervention which many modern day Christians today do not believe.
We believe that he was the Messiah translated Christ.
We believe that he gave life to the dead with God’s permission.
We believe that he healed those blind & lepers with God’s permission.
The Muslims & the Christians, we’re going together but there is parting of ways. There are many Christians or most of the Christians who say that Jesus Christ (pbuh), he claimed divinity. But if we read the Bible, there is not a single unequivocal statement in the complete Bible where Jesus Christ (pbuh) himself says that “I am God” or where he says “worship me”. If anyone, if any Christian can point out to me any single unequivocal statement from any where in the Bible, from any version where Jesus Christ (pbuh) himself says unambiguously, unequivocally that “I am God” or where he says “worship me”, I’m ready to accept Christianity today. When we read the Bible we come to know that Jesus Christ (pbuh) himself said it’s mentioned in the
Gospel of John ch. 14 verse no. 28, Jesus Christ (pbuh) said:
“My Father is greater than I”
Gospel of John Ch no. 10 verse no. 29
“My Father is greater than all”
Gospel of Mathew Ch. No. 12 verse no. 28
“I with the sprit of God, cast out Devil”
Gospel of Luke Ch no. 11 verse no. 20
“I with the Finger of God, cast out Devil”
Gospel of John Ch. No. 5 verse no. 30
“I can of my own self do nothing as I hear I judge and my judgment is just for I seek not my will but the will of my Father”
Anyone who says that I seek not my will but the will of All Mighty God he’s a Muslim. Jesus Christ (pbuh), he was a Muslim, he never claimed divinity. It’s clearly mentioned in the
Gospel of John ch. no. 14 verse no. 24, Jesus Christ (pbuh) said that
“The words that you hear are not mine but my Father’s who has sent me”
And its mentioned in the Book of Acts Ch. No. 2 verse no. 22
“Ye men of Israel listen to this, Jesus of Nazareth a man approved of God amongst you by wonders & miracles and signs which God did by him and you were witnessed to it.”
A Man approved of God amongst you by wonders & miracles and signs which God did by him and you were witnessed to it. So here when we read the Bible you come to know that Jesus Christ (pbuh) he never claimed divinity, he never said he was God neither did he say that he was a begotten son of God but he was one of the mightiest messengers of Allah (swt). Hope that answers the question.

@@DiN8. The Trinity is the term employed to signify the central doctrine of the Christian religion-the truth that in the unity of the Godhead there are Three Persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, these Three Persons being truly distinct one from another. Thus, in the words of the Athanasian Creed: “the Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Spirit is God, and yet there are not three Gods but one God.” In this Trinity of Persons the Son is begotten of the Father by an eternal generation, and the Holy Spirit proceeds by an eternal procession from the Father and the Son. Yet, notwithstanding this difference as to origin, the Persons are co-eternal and co-equal: all alike are uncreated and omnipotent. This, the Church teaches is the revelation regarding God‘s nature which Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came upon earth to deliver to the world: and which she proposes to man as the foundation of her whole dogmatic system. Just like how your quran is allahs word, eternal and uncreated, it communicates to Allah, so what is it? Is it god or is it not? If you say no how can you say allahs speak is not god and if you say yes welcome to the word made book not flesh.

John 10:29-30 29 “29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand. 30 I and the Father are one.” Claiming that he can not be separated from the Father, making him part of God even the pharisees knew he was making the claim. Thats why they wanted to stone him right after.

@Kimbo we find Jesus’s divinity in all the gospels. The thing is, each gospel is written for a certain audience or people (they all share the same message, but go about sharing that message in different ways). For example, the gospel of Matthew doesn’t say much, it gets straight to the point (for example the fig tree story) while the gospel of mark clearly explains the Fig tree story more. Mark was like a news reporter, while the gospel of Matthew would connect the bible to the Old Testament. But you can still see Jesus is God in all the gospels. I can provide you evidence if you would like.

"Before Abraham was, I am" "Who has seen me has seen the Father" "Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall call his name, Immanuel" (which means, God with us). "This was why the Jews were seeking all the more to kill him, because not only was he breaking the Sabbath, but he was even calling God his own Father, making himself equal with God" "Then [Jesus] said to Thomas, “Put your finger here, and see my hands; and put out your hand, and place it in my side. Do not disbelieve, but believe.” Thomas answered him, “My Lord and my God!” Jesus said to him, “Have you believed because you have seen me?” Many times in the Gospels, people start worshiping the apostles. And everytime they deny it and say "stand up ! I too am a man". However, when people worship Jesus, he affirms his essence and never corrects them. Moving on to the next verses. "Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men." "Jesus is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by him all things were created…" I don't know any man who may have had "created all things" "In [Christ] all the fullness of deity dwells bodily." "To those who have obtained a faith of equal standing with outs by the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ." "[Jesus] is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power." "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth." "For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." (That's the Torah 🫡) "I and the Father are one.” "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." " "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life." "Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel." (Torah again, Emmanuel means "God with us"). "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever" "Waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ" “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.” "Thus says the Lord, the King of Israel and his Redeemer, the Lord of hosts: “I am the first and I am the last; besides me there is no god". Honestly there are probably another good 20-40 verses saying similar stuff but here's a handful ! ✝️

You're on your way to eternal damnation if you continue to believe the lies of Islam. The bible made it very clear that Jesus is God, but of course the so-called intellectual and know-it-all Dr. Zakir Naik, will never quote those portion of the bible. And Jesus walked in the temple in Solomon's porch. Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly. Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father's name, they bear witness of me. But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you. And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. I and my Father are one. Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me? The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God. Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God? John:10:23-26,28,30-33,36 The Jews wanted to kill Him because they knew what He meant when he said He is the Son of God. Son of God means God. There are so many passages in the bible that claim Jesus is God.

Ah here we go again. "Because you have seen me, you have believed" Where does this verse say "i am God, and worship me" it doesn't But anyways, Jesus is stating that those who have seen the messiah, you are also believing in the God of that messiah, the one that messiah prayed to. That is why. Jesus cured lepers and blindness, by the will of God. That is exactly why he said that if you have seen me, you have believed in God because Jesus himself is a miracle of God.

@@sqrtvlo Again. If you have seen Jesus, you have seen the father, why? Because Jesus does EXACTLY what the father wants. Why do you think he didn't say "If you have seen the father, you have seen Jesus"? It's because it's not literal. And context of that verse is that Jesus was asked by a confused disciple of his "who is the father?" So Jesus knew this disciple was confused so he told him "if you have seen me, you have seen the father" that's because they are essentially teaching and saying the same thing. So the disciple shouldn't worry about it.

Mistake in the Concept of Karma Hindus believe in Karma (i.e. the accumulated sum of one’s good and bad deeds) and in Punarjanma (i.e. the transfer of one’s soul after death into another body). This produces a continuing cycle of birth, life, death and rebirth through their many lifetimes. It is Karma that determines how a person will live his next life. Through pure acts, thoughts and devotion, one can be reborn at a higher level. Bad deeds can cause a person to be reborn at a lower level, even as an animal. The unequal distribution of wealth, prestige, suffering are thus seen as natural consequences for one’s previous acts, both in this life and in previous lives. Bhagavad Gita’s emphasis is on “Karma Yoga” which means the performance of one’s duties with no regard to their fruits, as expressed in the words of Krishna to Arjuna: You have a duty to perform your prescribed action, but you should not be concerned about the fruits of your action. Never consider yourself the cause of the results of your activities, and never be associated to not doing your duty. (Bhagavad Gita 2:47) Addressing Arjuna’s compunctions about killing his relatives arrayed on the enemy side, Krishna advises him to disregard traditional values and act without worrying about the results of his action. Krishna says: The wise men who reached true knowledge see with equal vision a Brahmin (a member of the highest caste), a cow, an elephant, a dog and a dog-eater. (Bhagavad Gita 5:18). Krishna argues that it is actually impossible to kill anyone, as the soul (atman) is immortal: Those who think that they can kill or those that think they can be killed are confused in the manifestations of ignorance. The infinite, immortal soul can neither kill nor be killed. (Bhagavad Gita 2:19) Therefore Arjuna is free to kill his relatives, considering them only temporary abiding forms for the eternal self, mere mortal frames. The problem here is that the same perspective of moral values (Gita 2:19, quoted above) may be adopted by a wicked person to clear his conscience while doing evil acts, if “detachment” is the norm. The only condition is that he should rise above all material considerations to do his deeds. Krishna tells Arjuna: Consider all your acts as acts of devotion to me, whether eating, offering, giving away, performing austerities. Perform them as an offering to me. In this way you will be free from Karma, you will be liberated and you will come to me. (Bhagavad Gita 9:27). To the Hindus, Karma is a sum of all that an individual has done, is currently doing and will do. Karma continues until one attains Moksha or Mukti, i.e. liberation from the cycle of death and rebirth to be one with the Parmatma or the Oversoul. That is to say, Karma creates present and future experiences. But in the Gita itself, Lord Krishna says that he saves those who worship him (12:6-7) and punishes those who are envious and mischievous (16:19). This is certainly a contradiction of the law of Karma, which is a law that functions by itself, with no external control. And also it goes counter to his teaching about detachment. He says about himself: “I see all creatures equally disposed and I am not partial to anyone.” (Bhagavad Gita 9:29). At the same time Krishna is in fact partial to Arjuna in the battlefield, by serving as his charioteer and military advisor! There is another inconsistency regarding the character of Krishna. In the Gita, Krishna is called the Supreme Lord of the Universe (5:29), eternal (4:6) and the source of all existence: I am the source of all spiritual and material worlds. Everything emanates from me. (Bhagavad Gita 10:8) And again: At the end of an era (kalpa) all creatures disintegrate into my nature and at the beginning of another era I manifest them again. Such it is my nature (prakriti) to follow again and again the pattern of the Infinite manifestations and disintegrations. (Bhagavad Gita 9:7-8) That is to say, Krishna has to follow the pattern of the Infinite manifestations and disintegrations automatically, under the obligation of prakriti“. Krishna‘s Contradictions Dasgupta comments on the contradictory personal character of Krishna saying that: The Gita combines together different conceptions of God without feeling the necessity of reconciling the oppositions or contradictions involved in them. It does not seem to be aware of the philosophical difficulty of combining the concept of God as unmanifested, differenceless entity with the notion of Him as the super-person Who incarnates Himself on earth in the human form and behaves in the human manner. It is not aware of the difficulty that, if all good and evil should have emanated from God, and if there be ultimately no moral responsibility, and if everything in the world should have the same place in God, there is no reason why God should trouble to incarnate Himself as man, when there is a disturbance of the Vedic dharma. If God is impartial to all, and if He is absolutely unperturbed, why should He favor the man who clings to Him, and why, for his sake, overrule the world-order of events and in his favor suspend the law of Karma? (S. Dasgupta,Indian Philosophy, Motilal Banarsidass, 1991, vol. 2, p. 533) The Conglomeration of Hinduism Hinduism is often described as polytheistic religion, one which worships several gods and goddesses. But at the same time it is also viewed as a monotheistic religion, because it recognizes the pantheistic principle of Brahman that all reality is a unity. And some view Hinduism as tritheistic, because of their belief in Brahma the Creator, Vishnu the Preserver, and Shiva the Destroyer. In short, Hinduism is an utterly diverse conglomerate of doctrines, cults, and ways of life. It is both a civilization and a complex of religious philosophies, with neither a beginning, nor a founder, nor a central authority, hierarchy, or organization. And its advocates often counter critics by saying that the contradictions and incongruities in Hinduism serve to show its comprehensive nature as a sign of its strength rather than of weakness. There are no updates. We have tens of thousands of manuscripts and cannot change them. What you're referring to is translations from those manuscripts. Translations have to be different due to copyright laws. Muslims face this same issue when translating the Quran to English. There are many different English Qurans, and if there are any questions about the meaning, you must consult the Arabic. Christians do the same thing. You cannot say there are updates to the Bible unless you're also willing to claim the Quran receives updates. Furthermore, we have only one Bible from which we get our knowledge. Muslims must consult the Quran, hadith, tafsir, imams, etc to get the "proper" understanding of the "word of God". Which religion is truly simple? Unironically, it's Christianity.

Hadith Explained: “The Sun Prostrates Under the Throne and Takes Permission to Rise Again in t is Reported by Al-Bukhari from Abu Dharr that once the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) asked him after sunset, “Do you know where the sun goes (at the time of sunset)?” He replied, “Allah and His Apostle know better.” So the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) answered: “It goes and prostrates beneath the Throne, then it asks for permission (to rise) and permission is given to it. Soon it will prostrate, but it will not be accepted from it, and it will ask for permission (to rise) but permission will not be given to it; it will be said to it: “Go back to where you came from.’ So it will rise from its place of setting and that is what Allah, may He be Glorified, refers to in the verse: ‘And the sun runs its fixed course for a term (decreed). That is The Decree of (Allah) The Exalted in Might, The All-Knowing (Qur’an 36:38)'”. The above hadith has caused much controversy in our times and many critics of Islam use it to disprove the authenticity of Islam. It is also one of the hadiths used by Quranists in an attempt to show the unreliability of hadith literature. However, if we really sincerely ponder over this hadith, it becomes quite clear that critics are just exaggerating in their critiques. The critics of this hadith attack it from four angles: Sun’s rotation around the earth Movement of the sun Prostration of the sun Sun going under the Throne So let us examine these four angles in detail: Sun’s Rotation Around the Earth The first criticism is the claim that the hadith somehow suggests that the sun is rotating around the earth (geocentric), whereas in reality, it is the earth that is orbiting around the sun (heliocentric) and on its own axis that gives us the impression of sunset and sunrise. This contention can easily be resolved by pointing out that the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) here is speaking in the context of how things appear to be from earth not how as they really exist. A resident of this planet observes the sun moving from sunrise to sunset and not the earth. This is no different than how the rest of the world uses the terms sunset and sunrise. Even NASA uses such terms. When the day ends, we say the sun has set, and when the day begins, we say the sun has risen. To be more accurate, shouldn’t we say “sunlight has moved away from our location” or “sunlight has come upon our location”? However, we universally use the terms sunrise, sunset, and statements like the sun has risen, the sun has set, etc. because this is how the sun appears to us here on earth. Therefore, the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is trying describe the same phenomenon to a 7th century Arab in words that he will understand because the sun moving is what appears to him from earth. In the Qur’an, Allah also uses similar wording to describe sunrise and sunset in the story about the people of the cave. The Qur’an is conversing with mankind who live on earth, therefore, it uses concepts that they are familiar with: And [had you been present], you would see the sun when it rose, inclining away from their cave on the right, and when it set, passing away from them on the left, while they were [laying] within an open space thereof. That was from the signs of Allah. He whom Allah guides is the [rightly] guided, but he whom He leaves astray - never will you find for him a protecting guide. [Qur’an 18:17] Movement of the Sun The second criticism leveled against this hadith is that it suggests that the sun is moving, whereas, it is the earth that is moving. This too deserves the same reply as in the previous section, however, it should also be noted that the sun is not still. Yes, the sun is not moving around the earth but it is moving at a very fast pace through the Milky Way Galaxy and it is taking us along with it. This moving of the sun is stated explicitly on NASA’s own website. In fact, our whole solar system is moving through the galaxy. Therefore, the critique of the very movement of the sun being problematic should be rejected. This phenomenon of our whole solar system on a move is in complete harmony with a verse in the Qur’an where Allah says: It is not allowable for the sun to reach the moon, nor does the night overtake the day, but each, in an orbit, is swimming. [Qur’an 36:40] Prostration of the Sun The third criticism against this hadith is that it is speaking about some act of prostration occurring from the sun which is not visible especially with all the modern scientific tools we have at our disposal where the sun is watched all the time. The critics say it is just the earth rotating and the sun itself is not doing anything. This is where belief in the unseen comes into play. It is a type of prostration that we do not understand nor can we comprehend its true nature. It is part of the knowledge of the unseen. The absence of an understanding of something does not necessitate that it does not exist. In fact, in one verse Allah tells us that everything prostrates to Him: Do you not see that to Allah prostrates whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth and the sun, the moon, the stars, the mountains, the trees, the moving creatures and many of the people? But upon many the punishment has been justified. And he whom Allah humiliates - for him there is no bestower of honor. Indeed, Allah does what He wills. [Qur’an 22:18] When was the last time we observed the mountains, trees, and moving creatures prostrating to Allah? We haven’t yet they are doing it in a way that we do not understand. In one verse Allah is so explicit about this fact that it should suffice as an answer: The seven heavens and the earth and whatever is in them exalt Him. And there is not a thing except that it exalts [Allah] by His praise, but you do not understand their [way of] exalting. Indeed, He is ever Forbearing and Forgiving. [Qur’an 17:44] When was the last time we observed these things exalting Allah? Never. But they are doing so in a way we do not understand. In another verse, Allah tells us that even thunder exalts Him with praises. Hence, Imam Al-Khattabi said, “It cannot be denied that it [the sun] halts beneath the Throne, in a manner that we cannot see or comprehend; rather this is speaking about a matter of the unseen. So we should not disbelieve in it or ask how it happens, because our knowledge cannot comprehend it.” The problem is that these critics try to give a shape to the prostration in a way that a human being does, but the sun is not a human being. We have our way of prostrating to the Creator and rest of creation has its own way. Much like how different creatures on this planet have their own unique way of communicating with each other. What would small bugs think of our prostration? Do they comprehend what we’re doing? This point requires faith in the revelation that has reached us through His final messenger. Sun Going Under the Throne The last criticism against this hadith is that it claims that the sun goes under the Throne yet we do not see any physical Throne in our modern 24-hour monitoring of the sun. This objection can also be easily resolved by pointing out the fact that the Throne of Allah is part of the unseen as is its location. Therefore, it is not possible for us to physically define its location so that we can actually see the sun prostrating beneath it. We do not posses sufficient enough knowledge of the unseen to be able to unravel its secrets. In addition, there is a big difference between the inability to conceive something and the inability of something to occur. Just because we cannot imagine or understand something does not mean it cannot occur. One of the many causes of people to have doubts about such religious texts is that they often mix the two and then claim that it contradicts modern science. Even in the realm of the scientific world, which is constantly changing ideas, there were numerous things in the past which were considered impossible but only later on with advancement were proven to be in fact possible. In other words, even in science when the appropriate tools are not there to be able to conceive or understand something, it can lead to the rejection of its existence even though it may be right in front of us. If this is the case for things in this world, then what of those outside of it?! When we look at this hadith from the angle that the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is describing something from the world of the unseen, it is not difficult to accept it or believe in it. As Muslims, it is part of our duty to believe in the unseen and accept it as true because Allah or His Messenger have said so. For us, authentic religious texts (Qur’an and hadiths) are considered reliable sources. Allah tells us in the beginning of His last revelation sent to mankind: This is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for those conscious of Allah - Who believe in the unseen, establish prayer, and spend out of what We have provided for them. [Qur’an 2:2-3] There are numerous statements in the Qur’an and the hadiths which tell us of things from the unseen that we cannot imagine but we believe to be true because Allah and His Messenger said so: angels recording our deeds, angel of death taking souls, questioning and punishment in the grave, divine decree (qadr), paradise, hell, soul, jinn, power of du’a (supplication), etc.

What is the religion of Prophet Abraham? Was he Jew? Was he Christian? or was he a Muslim? What is your evidence to say Abraham was___________? Here is My evidence from Bible..Prophet Abraham did not know any name Yahweh (Exodus 6:3) God reveal him "I am El" (אל) Again , it is confirm in (Genesis 17:1), he said "I am El" (אל) .And neither God said Abraham that " I am Jesus" 1]El (אל) is short form of Elah/Allah אלה. 2]Etymologically El (אל) is derived from Allah אלה (Compressive Hebrew etymological dictionary state that etymologically you find word in True sense. 3]Lexicon and Hebrew website says El (אל) is from Allah אלה. 4]Early christian commentaries reveal El (אל) is from Allah אלה 5]Jesus cried Eli lama, Eli lama that is translated as My God (El -God, i-my). There are several places God said to Jacob(Israel) that "I am El" (אל) As from above evidence it is proved that there is no word God or El and if we find true word from which hebrew word of God is derived from the name of Allah אלה In new testament( Bible) , Jesus called and prayed Same God of Abraham and Jacob. He never used Yhwh . There is no YHWH in New testament but there are thousands words of Allah. So from the bible itself says Prophet Abraham , Yaqoub(Israel) Jesus were Muslim. Not only this Quran clearly says prophet Abraham was Muslim(Quran 3:68) And refute that he was jew or christian "Do you say that Abraham, ishmael, Issac , jacob , descendants were Jews or christians ? And who is more unjust han who conceals a testimony he has from Allah? And Allah is not unaware of what you do"(2:140 Quran) On the other hand Bible or torah does not says the religion of Above people but when one does research you find That all the prophets above were Muslims. Proof of The Preservation of the Quran There are hundreds of religions flourishing around the world: Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Sikhism, Hinduism, Judaism, Bahaism, Babism, Zoroastrianism, Mormonism, Jehovas Witnesses, Jainism, Confucianism etc. And each of these religions claim that their scripture is preserved from the day it was revealed (written) until our time. A religious belief is as authentic as the authenticity of the scripture it follows. And for any scripture to be labeled as authentically preserved it should follow some concrete and rational criteria. Imagine this scenario: A professor gives a three hour lecture to his students. Imagine still that none of the students memorized this speech of the professor or wrote it down. Now forty years after that speech, if these same students decided to replicate the professor's complete speech word for word, would they be able to do it? Obviously not. Because historically, the only two modes of preservation were through writing and memorizing. Therefore, for any claimants to proclaim that their scripture is preserved in purity, they have to provide concrete evidence that the Scripture was written in its entirety AND memorized in its entirety from the time it was revealed to our time, in a continuous and unbroken chain. If the memorization part doesn't exist parallel to the written part to act as a check and balance for it, then there is a genuine possibility that the written scripture may loose its purity through unintentional and intentional interpolations due to scribal errors, corruption by the enemies, pages getting decomposed etc, and these errors would concurrently be incorporated into subsequent texts, ultimately loosing its purity through the ages. Now, of all the religions mentioned above, does any one of them possess their scriptures in its entirety BOTH in writing AND in memory from the day of its revelation until our time. None of them fit this required criteria, except one: This unique scripture is the Qur'an - revelation bestowed to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) 1,400 plus years ago, as a guidance for all of humankind. Let’s analyze the claim of the preservation of the Quran… 1. Memorization 'In the ancient times, when writing was scarcely used, memory and oral transmission was exercised and strengthened to a degree now almost unknown' relates Michael Zwettler.[1] Prophet Muhammad (S): The First Memorizer It was in this 'oral' society that Prophet Muhammad (S) was born in Mecca in the year 570 C.E. At the age of 40, he started receiving divine Revelations from the One God, Allah, through Archangel Gabriel. This process of divine revelations continued for about 23 years just before he passed away. Prophet Muhammad (S) miraculously memorized each revelation and used to proclaim it to his Companions. Angel Gabriel used to refresh the Quranic memorization of the Prophet each year. 'The Prophet (S) was the most generous person, and he used to become more so (generous) particularly in the month of Ramadan because Gabriel used to meet him every night of the month of Ramadan till it elapsed. Allah's Messenger (S) use to recite the Qur'an for him. When Gabriel met him, he use to become more generous than the fast wind in doing good'. [2] 'Gabriel used to repeat the recitation of the Qur'an with the Prophet (S) once a year, but he repeated it twice with him in the year he (Prophet) died'. [3] The Prophet himself use to stay up a greater part of the night in prayers and use to recite Quran from memory. Prophet's Companions: The First Generation Memorizers Prophet Muhammad (S) encouraged his companions to learn and teach the Quran: 'The most superior among you (Muslims) are those who learn the Qur'an and teach it'. [4] 'Some of the companions who memorized the Quran were: 'Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, Ali, Ibn Masud, Abu Huraira, Abdullah bin Abbas, Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As, Aisha, Hafsa, and Umm Salama'. [5] 'Abu Bakr, the first male Muslim to convert to Islam used to recite the Quran publicly in front of his house in Makka'. [6] The Prophet also listened to the recitation of the Qur'an by the Companions: 'Allah's Apostle said to me (Abdullah bin Mas'ud): "Recite (of the Quran) to me". I said: "Shall I recite it to you although it had been revealed to you?!" He Said: "I like to hear (the Quran) from others". So I recited Sura-an-Nisa' till I reached: "How (will it be) then when We bring from each nation a witness and We bring you (O Muhammad) as a witness against these people?"' (4:41) 'Then he said: "Stop!" Behold, his eyes were shedding tears then'. [7] Many Quran memorizers (Qurra) were present during the lifetime of the Prophet and afterwards through out the then Muslim world. 'At the battle of Yamama, many memorizers of the Quran were martyred. 'Narrated Zaid bin Thabit al Ansari, who was one of those who use to write the Divine Revelations: Abu Bakr sent me after the (heavy) casualties among the warriors (of the battle) of Yamama (where a great number of Qurra were killed). Umar was present with Abu Bakr who said: "Umar has come to me and said, the people have suffered heavy casualties on the day of (the battle of) Yamama, and I am afraid that there will be some casualties among the Qurra (those who memorized the entire Quran) at other place…"' [8] 'Over the centuries of the Islamic Era, there have arisen throughout the various regions of the Islamic world literally thousands of schools devoted specially to the teaching of the Quran to children for the purpose of memorization. These are called, in Arabic, katatib (singular: Kuttab). It is said that the Caliph 'Umar (634-44) first ordered the construction of these schools in the age of the great expansion'. [9] Second Generation Memorizers: "…Quranic schools were set up everywhere. As an example to illustrate this I may refer to a great Muslim scholar, of the second Muslim generation, Ibn 'Amir, who was the judge of Damascus under the Caliph Umar Ibn 'Abd Al-Aziz. It is reported that in his school for teaching the Quran there were 400 disciples to teach in his absence". [10] Memorizers in Subsequent Generations: The Number of Katatib and similar schools in Cairo (Egypt) alone at one time exceeded two thousand. [11] Currently both in the Muslim and non-Muslim countries thousands of schools with each instructing tens of hundreds of students the art of memorizing the entire Quran. In the city of Chicago itself, there are close to 40+ Mosques, with many of them holding class for children instructing them the art of Quranic memorization. Further Points of Consideration: Muslims recite Quran from their memory in all of their five daily prayers. Once a year, during the month of Fasting (Ramadan), Muslims listen to the complete recitation of the Quran by a Hafiz (memorizer of the entire Quran) It's a tradition among Muslims that before any speech or presentation, marriages, sermons, Quran is recited. CONCLUSION: Quran is the only book, religious or secular, on the face of this planet that has been completely memorized by millions. These memorizers range from ages 6 and up, both Arabic and non-Arabic speakers, blacks, whites, Orientals, poor and wealthy. Thus the process of memorization was continuous , from Prophet Muhammad's (S) time to ours with an unbroken chain. "The method of transmitting the Quran from one generation to the next by having he young memorize the oral recitation of their elders had mitigated somewhat from the beginning the worst perils of relying solely on written records…" relates John Burton. [12] "This phenomenon of Quranic recital means that the text has traversed the centuries in an unbroken living sequence of devotion. It cannot, therefore, be handled as an antiquarian thing, nor as a historical document out of a distant past. The fact of hifz (Quranic Memorization) has made the Qur'an a present possession through all the lapse of Muslim time and given it a human currency in every generation never allowing its relegation to a bare authority for reference alone" reflects Kenneth Cragg. John 1:1 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God” 14 “and the word became flesh and dwelt among us.” The word was God and it clearly says that God became flesh , Jesus Christ. Why did the Jews want to kill Jesus? John 10:33 “he Jews answered him, “We are not stoning you for any good work,” they replied, “but for blasphemy, because you, a mere man, claim to be God.” John 8:24 “Unless your believe I am He, you will die in your sin” John 10:30 “I and the father are one.” Isaiah 43:10 “.. that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor shall there be any after me.” Jesus says “I am he,” making a claim to be God. God says there are no Gods after him. If the word became flesh, and Jesus says “I am He” while there are no gods after, he is God! Wake up!

Official written copy by Uthman The Quran was originally revealed in Quraishi dialect of Arabic. But to facilitate the people who speak other dialects, in their understanding and comprehension, Allah revealed the Quran finally in seven dialects of Arabic. During the period of Caliph Uthman (third successor to the Prophet) differences in reading the Quran among the various tribes became obvious, due to the various dialectical recitations. Dispute was arising, with each tribe calling its recitation as the correct one. This alarmed Uthman, who made an official copy in the Quraishi dialect, the dialect in which the Quran was revealed to the Prophet and was memorized by his companions. Thus this compilation by Uthman's Committee is not a different version of the Quran (like the Biblical versions) but the same original revelation given to the Prophet by One God, Allah. Narrated Anas bin Malik: Hudhaifa bin Al-Yaman came to Uthman at the time when the people of Sham (Syria) and the people of Iraq were waging war to conquer Armenia and Azherbijan. Hudhaifa was afraid of their differences in the recitation of the Quran, so he said to Uthman, 'O chief of the Believers! Save this nation before they differ about the Book (Quran) as Jews and Christians did before'. So Uthman sent a message to Hafsa saying, 'Send us the manuscripts of the Quran so that we may compile the Quranic materials in perfect copies and return the manuscripts to you'. Hafsa sent it to Uthman. 'Uthman then ordered Zaid bin Thabit, 'Abdullah bin Az-Zubair, Said bin Al-As and Abdur Rahman bin Harith bin Hisham to rewrite the manuscripts in perfect copies. Uthman said to the three Quraishi men, 'In case you disagree with Zaid bin Thabit on any point in the Quran, then write it in their (Quraishi) tongue'. They did so, and when they had written many copies, Uthman sent to every Muslim province one copy of what they had copied and ordered that all the other Quranic materials whether written in fragmentary manuscripts or whole copies, be burnt…" [29] Again a very stringent criteria was set up by this Committee to prevent any alteration of the Revelation. 1. The earlier recension (Original copy prepared by Abu Bakr) was to serve as the principal basis of the new one. [30] 2. Any doubt that might be raised as to the phrasing of a particular passage in the written text was to be dispelled by summoning persons known to have learned the passage in question from the Prophet. [31] 3. Uthman himself was to supervise the work of the Council. [32] When the final recension was completed, Uthman sent a copy of it to each of the major cities of Makka, Damascus, Kufa, Basra and Madina. The action of Uthman to burn the other copies besides the final recension, though obviously drastic, was for the betterment and harmony of the whole community and was unanimously approved by the Companions of the Prophet. Zaid ibn Thabit is reported to have said: "I saw the Companions of Muhammad (going about) saying, 'By God, Uthman has done well! By God, Uthman has done well!" [33] Another esteemed Companion Musab ibn Sad ibn Abi Waqqas said: "I saw the people assemble in large number at Uthman's burning of the prescribed copies (of the Quran), and they were all pleased with his action; not a one spoke out against him". [34] Ali ibn Abu Talib, the cousin of the Prophet and the fourth successor to the Prophet commented: "If I were in command in place of Uthman, I would have done the same". [35] Of the copies made by Uthman, two still exist to our day. One is in the city of Tashkent, (Uzbekistan) and the second one is in Istanbul (Turkey). Below is a brief account of both these copies: 1. The copy which Uthman sent to Madina was reportedly removed by the Turkish authorities to Istanbul, from where it came to Berlin during World War I. The Treaty of Versailles, which concluded World War I, contains the following clause: 'Article 246: Within six months from the coming into force of the present Treaty, Germany will restore to His Majesty, King of Hedjaz, the original Koran of Caliph Othman, which was removed from Madina by the Turkish authorities and is stated to have been presented to the ex-Emperor William II". [36] 'This manuscript then reached Istanbul, but not Madina (Where it now resides)'. [37] 2. The second copy in existence is kept in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. 'It may be the Imam (master) manuscript or one of the other copies made at the time of Uthman'. [38] It Came to Samarkand in 890 Hijra (1485) and remained there till 1868. Then it was taken to St.Petersburg by the Russians in 1869. It remained there till 1917. A Russian orientalist gave a detailed description of it, saying that many pages were damaged and some were missing. A facsimile, some 50 copies, of this mushaf (copy) was produced by S.Pisareff in 1905. A copy was sent to the Ottoman Sultan 'Abdul Hamid, to the Shah of Iran, to the Amir of Bukhara, to Afghanistan, to Fas and some important Muslim personalities. One copy is now in the Columbia University Library (U.S.A.). [39] 'The Manuscript was afterwards returned to its former place and reached Tashkent in 1924, where it has remained since'. [40]

The Quran contains many Prophecies that have been fulfilled, The first two prophecies are noteworthy: unlike any other world scripture, the Quran prophesizes its own preservation under divine care, and we will demonstrate how it actually occurred. The Protection of the Quran from Corruption The Quran makes a claim no other religious text makes, that God Himself will keep its text safe from alteration. God says: "Behold, it is We Ourselves who have gradually revealed this reminder, and, behold, it is We who shall truly guard it [from all corruption]." (Quran 15:9) The Ease of Memorizing the Quran God has made the Quran easy to memorize: "And in truth We have made the Quran easy to remember; who, then, is willing to take it to heart?" (Quran 54:17) The ease with which Quran is memorized is inimitable. There is not a single scripture or religious text in the world that is as easy to memorize; even non-Arabs and children commit it to memory easily. The entire Quran is memorized by almost every Islamic scholar and hundreds of thousands of ordinary Muslims, generation after generation. Almost every Muslim has some portion of the Quran memorized to read in his prayers. The Twofold Prophecy Before the rise of Islam, the Romans and the Persians were two competing superpowers. Romans were led by Heraclius (610-641 CE), a Christian Emperor, whereas the Persians were Zoroastrians led by Khosrow Parviz (reigned 590-628 CE), under whom the empire achieved its greatest expansion. In 614, the Persians conquered Syria and Palestine, taking Jerusalem, destroying the Holy Sepulcher and the ‘True Cross’ carried to Ctesiphon. Then, in 619, they occupied Egypt and Libya. Heraclius met them at Thracian Heraclea (617 or 619), but they sought to capture him, and he rode madly back to Constantinople, hotly pursued.[2] The Muslims were grieved by the Roman defeat as they felt spiritually closer to Christian Rome than Zoroastrian Persia, but the Meccans were naturally buoyed up by the victory of pagan Persia. To Meccans, the Roman humiliation was a sinister omen of the defeat of the Muslims at pagan hands. At the time God’s prophecy comforted the faithful: "The Romans have been defeated - in a land close by; but they, (even) after (this) defeat of theirs, will soon be victorious- within ten years. With God is the Decision, in the past and in the future: on that Day shall the believers rejoice with the help of God. He helps whom He will, and He is the Mighty, the Most-Merciful." (Quran 30:2-5) The Quran made a prophecy of two victories: (i) The future Roman victory within ten years over Persians, something unimaginable at the time (ii) The joy of the faithful on a victory over the pagans Both of these prophecies actually occured. In 622, Heraclius left Constantinople as prayers rose from its many sanctuaries for victory over the Persian Zoroastrians and the reconquest of Jerusalem. He devoted the next two years to campaigns in Armenia. In 627, he met the Persians near Nineveh. There, he killed three Persian generals in single combat, killed the Persian commander, and scattered the Persian host. A month later, Heraclius entered Dastagird with its stupendous treasure. Khosrow was overthrown by his son, who made peace with Heraclius. Returning to Constantinople in triumph, Heraclius was hailed as a hero.[3] Also, in the year 624 AH, Muslims defeated the Meccans in the first and decisive Battle at Badr. In the words of an Indian scholar: "…a single line of prophecy was related to four nations and the fate of two great empires. All this proves the Holy Quran to be the Book of God."[4] The Prophecy of Pagan Defeat The Quran predicted the defeat of unbelievers in Mecca while Prophet Muhammad and his followers were still being persecuted by them: "Or do they (the Meccan disbelievers) say: ‘We are a great multitude, and we shall be victorious?’ Their multitude will be defeated, , and they shall turn their backs [in flight]!" (Quran 54:45) The prophecy was revealed in Mecca, but was fulfilled at the Battle of Badr, two years after the Prophet’s migration to the city of Medina. The Fate of Specific Individuals Waleed ibn Mugheera was a staunch enemy who openly ridiculed the Quran: "Then said he: "This is nothing but magic, derived from of old; this is nothing but the word of a mortal!" (Quran 74:24-25) The Quran prophesized he will never accept Islam: "Soon will I cast him into Hell-Fire! And what will explain to thee what Hell-Fire is? It leaves naught nor does it spare aught." (Quran 74:26-28) Waleed died in a state of disbelief as prophesized by the Quran. Also, concerning Abu Lahab, a fiery opponent of Islam, the Quran foretold he will die opposing the religion of God: "May the hands of Abu Lahab perish, and [indeed] he has perished. His wealth and gains will not profit him. He will be plunged in flaming Fire." (Quran 111:1-3) Specifically, three prophecies were made about Abu Lahab: (i) The conspiracies of Abu Lahab against the Prophet would not succeed. (ii) His wealth and children would not benefit him. (iii) He would die opposing God’s religion and enter the Fire. Abu Lahab also died in a state of disbelief as prophesized by the Quran. Had Waleed or Abu Lahab accepted Islam even outwardly, they would have disproved its prophecies and thus its heavenly source! In addition, Abu Lahab had four sons, two of whom died at a young age during his lifetime. The other two sons and a daughter embraced Islam and frustrated his hopes! Finally, he died of a plague; people would not touch his body out of fear of contamination and dumped mud and stones on him where he died to make it his grave. A key foundation to believing that a scripture is actually a revelation of God is internal truth, whether it be in regards to occurrences in the past, to come in the future, or in contemporary ages. As one can see, there are many prophecies mentioned in that which is to come, some of which were fulfilled in the Prophet’s lifetime, or have been fulfilled since his death, while others are yet to appear

Ring Theory: the Quran’s Structural Coherence Raymond K Farrin, author of “Surat al-Baqarah - A Structural Analysis”, concludes on Surah al-Baqarah’s ring composition: “Indeed this sura exhibits marvellous justness of design. It is precisely and tightly arranged, as we have seen, according to the principles of ring composition; even the section lengths fit perfectly in the overall scheme. Moreover, the precise structure serves as a guide, pointing to key themes in the sura. These occur, according to the logic of the pattern, at the centers of individual rings and, particularly, at the center of the whole sura. At the center of the sura, again, one finds instructions to face Mecca - this being a test of faith; identification of the Muslims as a new, middle community; and the message that all people, regardless of their qibla or spiritual orientation, should race to do good and God will bring them together.” BENEFITS OF RING COMPOSITION Ring composition has great exegetical application. For a ring structure not only holds the text together, but also gives focus to the important words and themes. By means of concentric patterning, ring composition calls attention to the centre - we are drawn to look here for the essential message. As Mary Douglas notes concisely, “The meaning is in the middle.” [4] It also serves as an aid in memorisation, especially useful given the length of Surah al-Baqarah. In his study of ancient poetry, Cedric Whitman found that ring composition simultaneously performed both aesthetic and mnemonic functions. It aids memorisation by permitting the oral poet to easily recall the basic formulae of the composition during performances [5]. RING COMPOSITION IN OTHER LITERATURE Some critics may point out that texts prior to the Qur’an had this literary style and therefore we cannot use this as evidence of the Qur’an’s divine origin. They put forward examples from Mary Douglas’ book “Thinking in Circles: An Essay on Ring Composition” which states that ring compositions are found throughout ancient Eastern Mediterranean literature (like Homer’s Iliad) as well as the Bible. Comparing the Qur’an’s structure to that of other texts is like comparing night and day for the following reasons: 1. Prophet Muhammad could not read or write, so it’s a lot more difficult to plan such a structure when all you have to go on is memory (the Qur’an was revealed orally of course). 2. Prophet Muhammad was not a poet nor did he have any literary reputation, and yet the Qur’an has this remarkable structure. How can a person with little to no experience or skill in poetry/literature achieve such sophistication? 3. The verses of the Qur’an were not revealed in sequential order like with conventional texts. Surah al-Baqarah, the example covered in this article, was revealed over a period of many years with its verses interspaced with the revelation of verses from other chapters. Unlike conventional texts this makes implementing such a structure much more difficult. 4. Many verses of the Qur’an are linked to questions and events that occurred unexpectedly, so unless a person can predict the future, how could a human being plan the verses ahead of time when they were not in his control? Other texts such as the Bible were written by multiple authors long after Moses and Jesus (peace be upon them) which would make planning such a structure much easier. 5. The Qur’an did not undergo any editorial process, Prophet Muhammad would fix the positions of the new verses as soon as they were revealed to him. With each new verse, again which were tied to external questions and events that were outside of his control, he would not go off and review what had been previously revealed and see where he can fit them in order to maintain this ring structure. So spontaneous revelation was immediately followed by the placement of the verse into the Qur’an, and once placed it was fixed with no opportunity for later editing. Other texts such as the Bible show evidence of multiple authors and several stages of editing, again making is much easier to achieve such a structure. In summary, it is the unique circumstances of the revelation of the Qur’an that make its ring structure a strong argument for its divine origin. CONCLUSION Given the difficult and protracted circumstances of the Qur’an’s revelation, one would expect it to be in disorder. However as this article has demonstrated, any such understanding reveals a lack of insight into the Qur’an’s sophisticated structure. Upon deep analysis of the Qur’an’s composition we see that it exhibits a remarkable structure. It is simply impossible for Prophet Muhammad, given that he could neither read nor write and had no reputation as a poet or literary expert, to have engineered such a structure himself. This represents compelling evidence that his inspiration for the Qur’an was God Almighty, as the Qur’an itself states: “Your Companion is neither astray nor being misled. Nor does he say (aught) of (his own) desire. It is no less than inspiration sent down to him. He was taught by one mighty in Power.” [Chapter 53, verses www.islam21c.com/islamic-thought/ring-theory-the-qurans-structural-coherence/

Sun Setting in Murky Water❓ Refuting a repetitive missionary allegation by Hesham Azmy Although we keep answering accusations of Christian missionaries against our religion and Scripture, they vehemently keep parroting them again and again as if we have not answered them already!! Jesus is reported to have said, "Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?" (Matthew 7:1-3) We will show here that what is in their eye is not just a beam, but a big wedge! Well, among the issues whom Christian missionaries use to object against the Holy Qur'an is the following passage, "They ask thee concerning Zul-Qarnain. Say, I will rehearse to you something of his story. Verily we established his power on earth, and we gave him the ways and the means to all ends. One (such) way he followed. Until, when he reached the setting of the sun, he found it set in a spring of murky water: near it he found a people." (Holy Qur'an 18:83-86) Their objection is that how sun could set in a spring of murky water while it is over billion times greater than earth and can never set in a spring of a murky water! They persistently confront us with this objection in all their arguments concerning scientific aspects of the Qur'an. Well, we are going, insha'Allah, to answer them. I begin and quote the following biblical verse, "Are they not on the other side Jordan, by the way where the sun goeth down, in the land of the Canaanites, which dwell in the champaign over against Gilgal, beside the plains of Moreh?" (Deuteronomy 11:30) As we all know there is no way where the sun goes down because the sun is over billion times greater than earth . etc.. while if the meaning is that it is the way where it appears to people that sun goes down in, the objection will be solved. But certainly they accept such explanations for their Scripture, not for ours! Moreover, the verse is very clumsy as one of our Arab brothers notes , The text as you see is extremely clumsy as if he describes the address for a lost person: Where-the-sun-goeth-down St., Canaanites' City, leave the first plain of Moreh, right against Gilgal! Let's move on to another verse, "The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night." (Psalms 121:6) We quite understand what is meant by the sun smiting someone, but what is meant by moon smiting?! Is there anything known - for example - as moon stroke?! Perhaps we should know! Our last biblical quotation is this, "And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars." (Revelation 12:1) How can a woman be clothed with the sun which is over billion times greater than earth?!! This is indeed mythical! Now, we leave the Bible to discuss the objection of the missionaries. The verse says, "he found it set in a spring of murky water" i.e., according to his vision and sight that's why Allah does not say "it is setting". Imam Al-Baidawi notes, He probably reached shore of the ocean and saw it like that because there was but water at the furthest of his sight that's why He says "he found it set" and does not say "it sets". (Al-Baidawi, Anwar-ut-Tanzil wa Asrar-ut-Taw'il, Volume 3, page 394. Published by Dar-ul-Ashraf, Cairo, Egypt) Imam Al-Qurtubi states, Al-Qaffal said: It is not meant by reaching the rising or setting of the sun that he reached its body and touched it because it runs in the sky around the earth without touching it and it is too great to enter any spring on earth. It is so much larger than earth. But it is meant that he reached the end of populated land east and west, so he found it - according to his vision - setting in a spring of a murky water like we watch it in smooth land as if it enters inside the land. That is why He said, "he found it rising on a people for whom we had provided no covering protection against the sun." (Holy Qur'ân 18:90) and did not mean that it touches or adheres to them; but they are the first to rise on. Al-Qutabiy said: Probably this spring is a part of the sea and the sun sets behind, with or at it, so the proposition takes the place of an adjective and Allah knows best. (Al-Qurtubi, Al-Game' le Ahkam-el-Qur'an, Volume 16, page 47. Published by Dar-ul-Hadith, Cairo, Egypt. ISBN 977-5227-44-5) Imam Fakhr-ud-Deen Ar-Razi states, When Zul-Qarnain reached the furthest west and no populated land was left, he found the sun as if it sets in a dark spring, but it is not in reality. The same when sea traveler sees the sun as if it sets in the sea if he cannot see the shore while in reality it sets behind the sea. (Ar-Razi, At-Tafsir-ul-Kabir, Volume 21, page 166) Imam Ibn Kathir states, "Until, when he reached the setting of the sun" means he followed a certain way till he reached the furthest land he could go from the west. As for reaching the setting of the sun in the sky, it is impossible. What narrators and story tellers say about that he walked for a period of time in earth while the sun was setting behind him is unreal, and most of it is from myths of People of the Book and inventions of their liars. "he found it set in a spring of murky water" means he saw the sun according to his vision setting in the ocean and this is the same with everyone ending to the shore seeing as if the sun sets inside it (i.e. the ocean). (Ibn Kathir, Tafsir-ul-Qur'ân Al-'Azim, Volume 5, page 120. Published by Maktabat-ul-Iman, Mansoura, Egypt)

@Maheen Munir Hi. If you read the Quranic verses that mention the sun (and moon) orbiting, they almost always mention the orbits in relation to day and night. It is rather clear that they are referring to the sun going around the earth, which is what was believed by people at that time, and not the ~250 million years galactic year that you are trying to use. The Quran claims to be a clear book with all verses fully explained in detail, and nowhere will you get the idea that the sun is moving in a galaxy and the earth is moving around it. If you read the Islamic scholars in the tafsirs none will give you that understanding. However today, because we know the sun doesn't go around the earth, the only way you can "rescue" that verse is by invoking something that is not in the Quran (a galaxy). The author of the Quran doesn't even understand where the sun sets, for as you know it says that it sets in a muddy spring. This is NOT an illusion as most Muslims today try to make it out to be, again to rescue this verse. This is confirmed in a sahih hadith of Muhammad (clearly he did not think it was an illusion): sunnah.com/abudawud:4002 The Quran also doesn't know what stars are. As you know it says that stars can fall (since people didn't understand stars and saw meteors (shooting stars) and thought they were actual stars falling) and the Quran says that these stars are missiles for the devils in 67.5. Again, not distinguishing a tiny rock going through the atmosphere from a star. Have you seen any stars in our galaxy flying off at random chasing devils??? I have studied astrophysics for over 10 years and have never seen such a thing. But the great Ibn Abbas believed this "the stars (missiles for the devils) such that some of them become bewitched, some are killed while others are burnt", and Ibn Kathir also agrees if you read the tafsir on 67.5. There are many serious scientific errors in the Quran, and if you're honest and do some reading, you'll see that none of the classical Islamic scholars, nor Muhammad, held the view that many Muslims try to hold today because they know that otherwise these things are errors. However, being a clear books for all people and all time, don't you think that Allah could have simply said that the Earth goes around the sun, not say that the sun has a setting place or that stars can fall, etc?

@@juniordawah5429 Please read Revelation 1 : 5-8 First, it is crucial to understand what Deuteronomy 6:4 means when it says, “LORD is one.” The Hebrew word translated “one” in Deuteronomy 6:4 is echad. It means “unity,” not “singularity.” It is also used in Genesis 2:24 in referring to a husband and wife being “one” flesh. A husband and wife are not one as in a singular being. Rather, they are in unity with each other. There is a Hebrew word that means “absolute singularity,” yachid, but it is never used in the Hebrew Scriptures in reference to God.

@@Ahmad-vd2jz The term Alpha and Omega comes from the phrase "I am the Alpha and the Omega" (Koiné Greek: "ἐγώ εἰμι τὸ Ἄλφα καὶ τὸ Ὦ"), an appellation of Jesus and of the Father in the Book of Revelation (verses 1:8, 21:6, and 22: 13). The first part of this phrase ("I am the Alpha and the Omega") is first found in Chapter 1 verse 8 ("1:8"), and is found in every manuscript of Revelation that has 1:8.

Concept of God in Islam Monotheism, belief in one God, is the most important and foundational concept in Islam. Muslims believe in one God who created the universe and has power over everything within it. He is unique and exalted above everything He creates, and His greatness cannot be compared to His creation. Furthermore, He is the only one deserving of any worship and the ultimate purpose of all creation is to submit to Him. The Islamic understanding of God is distinct from all other religions and beliefs in various respects since it is based on a pure and clear understanding of monotheism. This essentially captures the concept of God in Islam, which will be further elaborated in this pamphlet. Muslims often refer to God as Allah. This is a universal name for God and does not refer to an exclusively ‘Islamic’ God. Interestingly, this name is related to the Aramaic and Hebrew names for God, Allaha and Elohim. Therefore, Allah is simply the Arabic name for God which affirms that He is One singular God with no partners or equals. The name Allah cannot be pluralized or limited to a specific gender, which establishes that God is One and that He is unique from everything He creates. Muslims continue to use this original Arabic name for God (Allah) since it perfectly expresses His unique qualities. God is the Creator and the Sustainer of the universe who created everything for a reason. Muslims believe that He created humankind with a simple purpose - to worship Him. He sent messengers to guide people in fulfilling this purpose. Some of these messengers include Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad, peace be upon all of them. They all taught a consistent message about God by affirming His greatness as the Creator and guiding people to worship Him alone. This basic concept has always resonated with people’s natural understanding of God. (Click here to learn more about prophets in Islam.) When the final prophet, Muhammad, peace be upon him (pbuh), was asked about God, the answer came directly from God in the holy book of Muslims, the Quran (also spelled ‘Koran’): “Say, ‘He is God the One, God the eternal. He begot no one nor was He begotten. No one is comparable to Him.’” [112:1-4] This is a clear statement by God describing Himself to humanity without any room for confusion. God is One and is exalted above everything He creates and He is capable over all things. Fully accepting the oneness of God is to accept that He is distinct from everything else. It would not suit God’s majesty and glory to associate the limited attributes of His creation to Him because He is not restricted in any way, while His creation is. He is the First with no beginning and the Last with no end. Everything in the universe was created by His will. He is not confined by space or time and He is the only One who is in control and provides for His creation. “He is God: there is no god other than Him. It is He who knows what is hidden as well as what is in the open, He is the Lord of Mercy, the Giver of Mercy. He is God: there is no god other than Him, the Controller, the Holy One, Source of Peace, Granter of Security, Guardian over all, the Almighty, the Compeller, the Truly Great; God is far above anything they consider to be His partner. He is God: the Creator, the Originator, the Shaper. The best names belong to Him. Everything in the heavens and earth glorifies Him: He is the Almighty, the Wise.” [Quran, 59:22-24] Why did God create people whom He already knew would reject Him and go to hell? Shouldn’t God who is All Loving instead not create them so that they won’t go through punishment? These are some common questions connected to this topic. Answered by Nouman Ali Khan Pure Monotheism “God: there is no god but Him, the Ever Living, the Ever Watchful. Neither slumber nor sleep overtakes Him. All that is in the heavens and in the earth belongs to Him. Who is there that can intercede with Him except by His leave? He knows what is before them and what is behind them, but they do not comprehend any of His knowledge except what He wills. His throne extends over the heavens and the earth; it does not weary Him to preserve them both. He is the Most High, the Tremendous.” [Quran, 2:255] The primary pillar of Islamic belief clearly states that there is nothing worthy of worship except God. Associating partners with God or attributing qualities of lesser beings to Him is considered to be the greatest sin in Islam. In the past, this often took the form of idol worship or praying to multiple lesser gods. Although this is less common now, the current era has replaced many of the physical ‘idols’ of the past with other contemporary ‘gods.’ Many people today allow passions like entertainment, drugs, relationships or material objects to become the center of their lives. They become so consumed with these things that they submit to whatever will allow them to fulfill their desires. For example, if a drug addict allows their addiction to control their actions, beliefs, feelings, and behaviors, causing them to risk their personal safety and the safety of others, that drug has essentially become their god. Likewise, if another person puts a loved one before God by obeying that person even if that causes them to transgress against God’s commands, their loved one has taken precedence over God. Islam teaches that people should completely submit only to God as He is the only One worthy of their worship. He is the Creator and Sustainer of the universe and everything in it belongs to Him. The Quran points out the faulty thinking of those who worship other than God: “‘How can you worship things you carve with your own hands, when it is God who has created you and all your handiwork?’” [37:95-96]

John 10:30 “I and the father are one.” In Revelation, an angel instructed the apostle John to only worship God (Revelation 19:10). Several times in Scripture Jesus receives worship (Matthew 2:11; 14:33; 28:9, 17; Luke 24:52; John 9:38). He never rebukes people for worshiping Him. If Jesus were not God, He would have told people to not worship Him, just as the angel in Revelation did. They tried to stone Him for this very reason: “You, a mere man, claim to be God” (John 10:33, emphasis added). The Jews understood exactly what Jesus was claiming-deity. When Jesus declared, “I and the Father are one,”

The word "Messiah" means "anointed one" or "chosen one". In the Old Testament (the first 39 books of the Bible), the word is used to describe all sorts of people, usually prophets and priests, but especially kings in Israel. In Genesis 49, Jacob's son Judah is promised he will be the father of a great line of kings in Israel. His line began with King David, whose sons also served as priests (II Samuel 8:8). In II Samuel 7, God promised that David's line would reign in Israel forever; but because of the sins of David's grandson Rehoboam, David's descendants were significantly limited in their power for much of the following generations. These kings often sinned against God, but in the writings of prophets like Isaiah, Ezekiel, and Jeremiah, God promises that He will fulfill His promises to the house of David by raising up one particular Messiah, one ultimate King who will not only reign over Israel, but all nations, turning them to repent and worship David's God. You see examples of this kind of thing in Isaiah 9, where we're told that this "child to be born" would be called "Prince of Peace, Everlasting Father, and Mighty God." In Isaiah 49:6, we learn that God will return all nations to Himself through a suffering servant, and we learn that this servant will suffer on behalf of sinners in Isaiah 52-53. In Zechariah 12:10-13:1 we learn that one whom the Jews pierce will be an offering of forgiveness for all. And in Daniel 2 God predicts a coming kingdom that will fill the whole earth, to be reigned by a divine Son of Man in Daniel 7:13-14. This is the kind of Messiah Jesus claimed to be. The Qur'an also describes Jesus as "Messiah", but since it denies that Jesus is God (Surah 5:116) and denies Jesus died on the cross (Surah 4:157), it empties the term "Messiah" of all its meaning. It's one of the many reasons why Muslims should leave Islam and follow Jesus as he really was; as he defined himself.

As far as i know it means "the awaited one" or something like that because in islam we believe that he will come to the world again to kill the anti-christ. God gives his prophet a miracle that will convince his people, that he is a prophet. Like the stick Moses was given that turn into a snake Because during his time Egyptians were obsessed with witchcraft but when the witches saw that, they know that there is no way that's magic For jesus it was healing because his time was known for diseases(he can also cure death) For the last messenger, his people are us and everyone who lived this last 14 centuries starting in arabia thay were obsessed with poetry so the miracle was the scripture itself it's so well done that they can't come up with something like or find contradictions in it the same goes for us + it also continue alot of scientific facts and prophecies also the prophet has given alot of prophecies and alot of them are fulfilled He is the messenger because we are the last nation

The Prophecies of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ: Proofs of Prophethood “Say, [O Muhammad], ‘I do not tell you that I have the depositories [containing the provision] of Allah nor that I know the unseen, nor do I tell you that I am an angel. I only follow what is revealed to me.’” [al-An‘ām 6: 50] Amidst the fiercest persecution and abuse that the Muslims faced in the earliest Meccan period, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ would stand without wavering and convey to his followers God’s promise of Islam spreading all over the world. Tamīm ad-Dāri (rA) reports that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “This matter will certainly reach every place touched by the night and day. Allah will not leave a house of mud or [even] fur except that Allah will cause this religion to enter it, by which the honorable will be honored and the disgraceful will be disgraced. Allah will honor the honorable with Islam and he will disgrace the disgraceful with unbelief.”[3] In another narration, reported by Thawbān (rA), “Indeed, Allah gathered up the earth for me so that I saw its east and its west; and indeed the dominion of my nation will reach what was gathered up for me from it.”[4] The fact that these predictions were made at a time when Muslims were a powerless handful, and Islam was expected to be buried in its cradle, is nothing short of miraculous. At that point, presuming that the faith would even survive would be considered by most nothing short of a pipe-dream. But to predict that Islam would not just survive, but grow to thrive globally, was at that point inconceivable. For us nowadays, witnessing a quarter of this planet’s population as subscribers to Islam makes it clear that this was no presumption, but instead another prophecy inspired by the Divine. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ foretold a multitude of Muslim conquests, including those of Rome, Persia, Egypt, Yemen, India, and Constantinople. None of these prophecies were described vaguely or with equivocation, but rather with an air of absolute certainty. Jābir b. ‘Abdillāh (rA) reports that while digging the trench outside Madinah to repel an approaching army, a massive boulder obstructed them that no ax would break. With time running out, and with people’s fears and hunger eating away at them, the Prophet ﷺ walked over and picked up the ax. He said, “Bismillah (In God’s name),” and hammered the boulder, reducing a chunk of it to rubble. He said, “Allāhu Akbar (God is Great)! I have been given the keys to Shām; I can see its red palaces at this very moment.” Then he shattered another chunk and said, “Allāhu Akbar (God is Great)! I have been given the keys to Persia; I can see Madain’s white palace.” Then he shattered the last chunk and said, “Allāhu Akbar (God is Great)! I have been given the keys to Yemen. By Allah, I can see the Gates of Sana‘a at this very moment from here.”[10] Regarding Egypt, he ﷺ took its conquest for granted, knowing his Lord’s promise was true. Abu Dharr (rA) narrated: The Prophet ﷺ said: “You will certainly conquer Egypt; a land in which [a currency] called al-qīrâṭ is customary. When you conquer it, be gracious to its people, for they are entitled to a covenant and [the right of] family bonds. And when you see two men disputing over the place of a brick, then leave [Egypt].”[11] The Prophet ﷺ accurately spoke in the second person here, foretelling that none other than his personal Companions would conquer Egypt. Then he ﷺ instructed them to honor their peace treaty with the Egyptians and reminded them that their grandmother (Hājar; the mother of Ishmael) was from this land. In this same narration, Abu Dharr (rA) adds, “I witnessed ‘Abdur-Raḥmān b. Shuraḥbīl b. Ḥasana and his brother, Rabī‘a, disputing [in Egypt] over the place of a brick, so I left.” Regarding Constantinople, which is presently called Istanbul, the Prophet ﷺ determined that it would become a Muslim land nearly a millennium prior to that happening. ‘Abdullāh b. ‘Amr (rA) reports that they were once sitting with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and writing, he ﷺ was asked, “Which city will be liberated first; Constantinople or Rome?” He said, “Indeed, the city of Heraclius will be liberated first,”[12] meaning Constantinople. An entire 800 years later, the Ottoman sultan, Muhammad al-Fātiḥ, accomplished this great feat. In another hadith, “Constantinople will certainly be liberated, and how excellent a leader will its leader be, and how excellent an army that army will be.”[13] Some scholars hold that this second hadith may refer to a second liberation of Constantinople which was also prophesied, but has not yet taken place. Regarding how material prosperity will be a sign of the end-times, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, “And if you see the barefoot, naked, shepherds of camels competing [for praise] in the construction of high-rise buildings, then this is from among the signs [of the Hour].”[46] In a similar hadith about this egotism infesting the mosque atmosphere, he ﷺ said, “The Hour will not commence before people boast of their mosques.” Ibn ‘Abbās (rA), the narrator, added, “You will ornament your mosques just as the Jews and Christians did with their temples.”[47] This intense competition will involve exploitation of others, and thus we find parallel prophecies of hedonism and exploitation in the prophetic tradition as well. In the hadith of Miswar b. Makhrama (rA): “By Allah I do not fear poverty overtaking you, but I fear that you will have abundant wealth at your disposal as it became at the disposal of the nations before you, causing you to compete in it as they competed in it, and then it destroys you as it destroyed them.”[

The Quran - was written 600 yrs after the life of Jesus - was written 1000s of years after the Old Testament. - says Jesus DID NOT DIE on the cross and DID NOT RISE after three days. The part of New Testament of the Holy Bible which writes about Jesus - Is Matthew Mark Luke & John - Jesus had 12 witnesses called disciples - these disciples of Jesus were with Jesus from the start to the end of His ministry - these 4 books write that Jesus died on the cross and rose after three days - They were written by disciples of Jesus - people that lived at the time of Jesus. The Holy Bible and the Quran cannot both be true. ONLY ONE IS TRUE. The first four books of the New Testament of the Holy Bible are Matthew Mark Luke and John. They WERE WITNESSES of Jesus. They lived at the time of Jesus. Jesus had 12 witnesses called disciples that followed Jesus around as well as others people there that witnessed Jesus. These disciples WATCHED Jesus. They SPOKE to Jesus. They LISTENED to Jesus. THEY WERE THERE WITH JESUS. Matthew Mark Luke and John WROTE what Jesus said and did while they were with Jesus. They lived at the time of Jesus. These four books of the Holy Bible Matthew Mark Luke & John talks of The miracles of Jesus That Jesus is God The dying of Jesus on the cross and the resurrection of Jesus after 3 days. The lessons of Jesus. ALL TWELVE DISCIPLES WERE WITH JESUS. JESUS HAD TWELVE WITNESSES. They were recorded by Jesus’s disciples that WERE WITH JESUS. The person who wrote the quran wrote it 600 years later. They never saw Jesus. They were not with Jesus. They didn’t see Jesus die and resurrect. They didn’t see the miracles of Jesus. They didn’t hear Jesus talk. But the disciples of Jesus saw Jesus. They were with Jesus. They saw Jesus die and resurrect after three days. They saw the miracles of Jesus. They heard Jesus talk. THE NEW TESTAMENT was written by Jesus’s disciples THAT WERE WITH JESUS AND SAW JESUS AND HEARD JESUS. Not 600 years later. The quran was written 600 years later by someone who never met Jesus. Never saw Jesus. Was not a disciple of Jesus. The disciples of Jesus plus other people around witnessed Jesus dying on the cross. And raising from the dead. And they saw the miracles. They saw the raising of the dead. They ARE WITNESSES WHEN THEY HAPPENED. They were His disciples. They were there. The quran says Jesus didn’t die and resurrect after 3 days. The author of the quran wasn’t there with Jesus like Jesus’s disciples were. The author wrote the quran 600 yrs later. He didn’t see Jesus. He doesn’t know Jesus. He wasn’t a disciple of Jesus. The disciples were with Jesus. They SAW HIM. THE DISCIPLES OF JESUS WERE WITH JESUS. The author of the quran was not a disciple of Jesus. He lived 600 yrs later. The Holy Bible is the ONLY TRUE BOOK AND THE TRUE WORD OF GOD. THE HOLY BIBLE IS THE TRUE WORD OF GOD. The Holy Bible can also be proved that it is true. It has mysteries of life in it that teach the TRUTH about life and God. The words of Jesus in the Holy Bible are being PROVED today that they are true. You will only understand what that means if you know and have read the New Testament. Also the Old and New Testament are interconnected. They have secrets of life ONLY GOD KNOWS. JESUS truly is God. Jesus is God is clearly explained in the Holy Bible. 1) God is a Spirit. Genesis 1 1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. 2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. John 4:24 King James Version 24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. Jesus (God) 2) God put His Spirit upon the body of Jesus. The body is the temple of the Spirit. God put His Spirit on Jesus the body. John 3 “For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.” When Jesus talks it is God talking. Gods Spirit is on/in Jesus. John 2 19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. 20 Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days? 21 But he spake of the temple of his body. God put His Spirit on the body of Jesus. The body is the temple of the Spirit. When Jesus was crucified it was the body. God did not die. God is a Spirit. God is eternal. Jesus also did say He was God. Matthew 4 5 Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple, 6 And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. 7 Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God. 8 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; 9 And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me. 10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. 11 Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.

Finding and Following Jesus: The Muslim Claim to the Messiah Jesus was “God’s word conveyed to Mary and a spirit from him” (Qur’an 4:171) but he remained only the son of Mary (Qur’an 5:110), not of God. The Qur’an understands literally the notion of a son and therefore rejects a consort for God (Qur’an 6:101; 72:3) who has no son, only honored servants (Qur’an 21:26). There are no saviors, only prophets who warn. Nor are there any intercessors-unless God wills otherwise. He alone has the power to forgive sins and to answer His creatures’ prayers for help and guidance.Yesous Yeshu‘a, rendered ‘Joshua’ in English. The Hebrew original contains the idea of being a savior. ‘Isa has no meaning in Arabic or in Hebrew and its use might startle Christians since they expect Yeshu‘a or Yesu‘a to be the relevant Arabic transliteration. God made Jesus and his mother ayah) for humanity, a mercy (rahmah) from God, his miraculous birth “a matter foreordained” (Qur’an 19:21). Muslims proclaim Jesus as a sign of God (ayatu Allah) for all humanity (Qur’an 19:21) but not a (or the) son of God. The Qur’an also calls Muhammaﷺrahmah to all the worlds (21:107) and eulogizes the Word of God as a mercy and healing for believers (17:82; 41:44). The Greek Christos (anointed one) is a translation of the Hebrew meshiakh, meaning someone selected for a sacred role or special honor. It can refer to any chosen or regal personage. Al-Masih is probably an Arabic transliteration of the Hebrew. But what does al-Masih mean or intend in the Qur’an? The Arabic verb ma/sa/ha, like its virtually identical Hebrew cognate, means to rub lightly with water or oil; formal washings before Muslim ritual prayers require this light touch or anointment with water (Qur’an 5:6). The Qur’an’s description of Jesuعليهالسلامal-Masih ‘Isa ibn Maryam (3:45). In Judaism, ‘the Christ’ functions as an indefinite description since the identity of the true claimant must be distinguished from false pretenders. The referent of the phrase remains disputed: Jews are still waiting for the messiah. In first-century Palestine, the messiah’s lineage and identity were topics of fierce sectarian dispute. The self-segregated Qumran community expected two messiahs, one royal (of Davidic descent) and one priestly. In prophecy, an indefinite description is made partly definite; a proper name may or may not supplement the title. Thus, “His name is Ahmad” (Qur’an 61:6) can function as an attributive adjectival appellation or merely a proper (nominal or content-less) name while “His name is John” ( Yahya; Qur’an 19:7) simply introduces a proper name. The Qur’an denies the crucifixion (4:157), a fact that further defines the Messiah. God would not permit such a one to die a shameful death. In later Muslim piety, Jesu was ‘translated,’ a technical Christian term for describing ascent into heaven, without the normal precondition of bodily death. Allah exalted Jesus to himself. The Qur’an’s denial of Jesus’ crucifixion obviates the need for his resurrection but the Islamic scripture attests to Jesus’ ascension, understood as his miraculous entry into heaven through God’s direct intervention (see Qur’an 3:55; 4:157-8; 5:116-117). Only Luke mentions the Ascension of the risen Christ (24:50-51) after his resurrection and adds in Acts (1:1-3) that this event took place forty days after his resurrection. (Mark 16:19 mentions it too but this passage is absent from the most reliable early manuscripts and other ancient witnesses.) IV. The New Testament Jesus in the Light of the Qur’an The New Testament writers considered Jesus to be the messianic descendant of King David . For Christians, Jesus’ humiliating death was simply a fulfillment of divine prophecy: he was innocent of the accusations made against him by the establishment. While claiming that Muhammad’s advent was promised in antecedent scripture, the Qur’an never calls Jesus the promised messiah. This may be because the Qur’an recognizes at best only the Torah (Pentateuch of Moses) as scripture. For Jews, the Masoretic text of the Hebrew Bible, what Christians effectively dismiss as the ‘Old’ Testament, has three levels of holiness. After the Torah, the prophetic oracles quoting direct divine speech form the second holiest portion, the Nebi’im (Prophets) division. The messianic prophecies are concentrated here but, as in the third portion, the Ketub’im (Writings), much of this prophetic material is humanly composed and has been partly corrupted in transmission and through unauthorized scribal amplification. al-Injil) to confirm the Torah (al-Taurah). The Qur’an reveals that the Gospel vouchsafed to Jesus was a relaxed version of the Torah (Qur’an 3:50). Some laws imposed on the Children of Israel seemed prejudicially rigorous but, the Qur’an explains, these laws were intended to be conspicuously rigorous-as a just punishment for their specific iniquities and persistent delinquencies (Qur’an 6:146). However, the Qur’an does not suggest that the Gospel was a law-free version of the Torah or in some way legally or morally superior to it. The Qur’an concurs with the sum verdict of Matthew’s gospel: Jesu Abba (heavenly Father) scandalized his Pharisee critics. The Jesus of the Qur’an enjoys a close relationship with God, despite not addressing him as Father. So long as the believer does not obliterate his or her identity but remains distinct from God, Islam salutes the closeness of such mystical piety. The Qur’an speaks of the signs of God in nature and human nature (3:190; 30:20-25). John’s gospel, too, sees the actions of Jesu In the Qur’an and the Prophet’s canonical sayings, al-Masih is the Lord’s anointed, an accolade conferred uniquely on Jesus Islam pays special tribute to Jesus but not in a way that would satisfy the highly ambitious credal and ecclesial requirements of orthodox Christology. For Christians, the Muslim Jesus is a dull, predictable figure, a mere prophet, of whom there are legion in the Bible and the Qur’an. He would resemble the harmless figure of the cultural Jesus whose message can entertain kids at Christmas and Easter. This may sound like a caricature or parody of the Qur’anic Jesus but the Christian point is that only the adult version is the real Jesus, the incarnate God who suffered on a cross to secure redemption for sinful Adam and all his descendants. The Islamic Jesus appears as the real Jesus but minus the distinctive and unsettling aspects of his life, nature, and mission. as a miraculously created being, appointed a prophet and messiah, the seal of the prophets of Israel, and essentially no more. Otherwise, the Christological deadlock shall remain permanent. For Muslims, the Jesus of Christian faith will remain a divisive figure whose mission cannot provide a basis for genuinely harmonious coexistence among the adherents of the Semitic trio of revealed faiths. The Qur’an envisages these three groups disputing in front of their Lord on the day of resurrection (Qur’an 5:48).Muslims are religiously obliged to demonstrate that Jesus himself preached only a pure monotheism. Only then can we prove that the Muslim Jesus was the true leader of the Jesus movement. No Muslim can take as a leader someone who rejects or compromises strict Abrahamic monotheism. This is an essential qualification for anyone who claims to be a leader or exemplar for Muslims. entertained the prevalent Jewish view, he would have seen his role as that of a revolutionary, a zealous prophet and a human messiah who would deliver the Jews from the political bondage of Gentile nations. Christian tradition has bestowed countless honorific titles on Jesus who, as Christ, enjoys the role of messiah, naturally, but also prophet, priest, and king. According to Christian doctrine, during Christ’s divinely willed but humanly accepted humiliation on earth, he was a mere servant under the law, voluntarily divested of his regal divine majesty; in his later exaltation as Lord, after the resurrection from the dead, he rose above the law. Leaving aside the Muslim caveat that Allah would never humiliate his messenger, did Jesus proclaim himself the Son of God and/or God? . Objective historical and critical scholarship on Jesus for the past 100 years confirms the truth of the Qur’anic portrait as both converge on a Jewish Jesus. Islam is not annexing or colonizing the Christian Jesus, merely rescuing the historical character from the clutches of later church conjecture and dogma. Christians are called to change and meet Muslims on Muslim ground since the entire Qur’an is unchanged and unchangeable. By contrast, both testaments of the Bible are widely acknowledged by Jewish and Christian scholars themselves to be mainly edicts that evolved over centuries, under human if inspired redaction, the texts being, in the case of the New Testament, in demotic Greek while reporting the classical Aramaic speech of Jesus

he (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “The most beloved of people to Allah is the one who is most helpful to people, and the most beloved of deeds to Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, is bringing joy to a Muslim, relieving him of distress, paying off his debts or warding off his hunger. To walk with a brother of mine to meet his need is dearer to me than observing i‘tikaaf in this mosque - meaning the mosque of Madinah - for a month. And whoever suppresses his anger - even though he could express it if he wanted to - Allah will fill his heart with contentment and pleasure on the Day of Resurrection. Whoever walks with his brother to meet his need and fulfils it, Allah will make his feet steadfast on the Day when feet will slip.” Narrated by Ibn Abi’d-Dunya in Qadaa’ al-Hawaa’ij; classed as hasan by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Jaami‘. source:islamqa.info

Jesus PBUH said in John 15:5 - "I am the vine and you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit, for APART FROM ME YOU CAN DO NOTHING" Why did he say without him or apart from him, we can do nothing?

Because it’s the substance and essence. Let’s give an example of a car. 1 car has how many doors and wheels ? 4 right. But if that’s the case why isn’t it called four car than 1 car cause you know 4wheels in one. This four wheels makes it a car, and each depend on each other. This is just an analogy. Similarly God the father, God the son and the Holy Spirit are all one and the same. Hence the substance and essence. I know it’s not comprehensible to all. But trust me once you do with the power of holy spirt it hits different. Let’s say 1 family, how many meme era are there in the fam? Don’t you think each depend on each other to be called a family? Specially children depending on their parents for things and they can’t do certain things without permission etc? Jesus was given permission by God the father. When he says he can’t do anything without his will is referring to things being known. For example Jesus knew he will be crucified. He didn’t disclose it because his father didn’t want it to be disclosed to others yet. Hence he couldn’t break the first authority which is the father who gets to decide what needs to be done as the son is the second authority. It’s like permission. Don’t know if I’m making sense here. I pray that it does.

Similarities between Hinduism and Islam So the major difference between the Hindu and the Muslims is, the common Hindu says that everything is God, we Muslim say everything is God’s. ‘G’ ‘O’ ‘D’ with an apostrophe ‘S’. The major difference is the apostrophe ‘s’. If we can solve this difference of apostrophe ‘S’, the Hindus and the Muslims will be united. How would do you do it? As the Qur’an says, “Ta`alaw 'Ilá Kalimatin Sawa'in Baynana Wa Baynakum” “Come to common terms as between us and you” Which is the first term? “Alla Na`buda 'Illallah” “That we believe in only One Almighty God” Let us try and understand what the Hindu scriptures have to speak about Almighty God. It is mentioned in the Chandogya Upanishad, Chapter No. 6, Section No. 2, Verse No. 1, it says, “Ekam Evadvitiyam” It’s a Sanskrit quotation which means, “God is only one without a second.” It is mentioned in the Shvetashvatara Upanishad, Chapter No. 6, Verse No. 9, “Na casya Kascij janita na Cadhipah.” “Of Him there are no parents, he has got no lords, Almighty God has got no mother, he has got no father, he has got no master, he has got no superior” It’s mentioned in the Shvetashvatara Upanishad, Chapter No. 4, Verse No. 19, “Na Tasya Pratima Asti” “Of Him there is no likeness” It’s further mentioned in the Shvetashvatara Upanishad, Chapter No. 4, Verse No. 20, that “His form cannot be seen. No one can see Him with their eyes.” Amongst all the Hindu scriptures the most widely read and the most popular is the Bhagavad Gita. It’s mentioned in Bhagavad Gita Chapter No. 7, Verse No. 20, “All those whose intelligence has been stolen by material desires, they worship demi Gods.” Which means all materialistic people, they worship demi gods, that is the false gods besides the one true Almighty God. It’s further mentioned in Bhagavad Gita Chapter No. 10, Verse No. 3, that “He who knows me as the unborn, the beginning less, the supreme Lord of all the worlds.” Amongst the Hindu scriptures, the most sacred are the Vedas. It’s mentioned in the Yajurveda Chapter No. 32, Verse No. 3, “Na Tasya Pratima Asti” “Of Him there are no images.” Almighty God has got no images, and it further says that he’s unborn, he alone only should be worshipped. It’s mentioned in Yajurveda, Chapter No. 40, Verse No. 8, that “Almighty God is imageless and pure.” It’s mentioned in Yajurveda Chapter No. 40 Verse No. 9, “Andhatma Pravishanti ya Aasambhuti mupaste.” ‘Andhatma’ means darkness. ‘Pravishanti’ means entering and ‘Asambhuti’ means the natural things like fire, water, air. It means, “They are entering darkness those who worship the natural things like fire, water, air and the verse continues, they are entering more in darkness those who worship the created things” Like table, chair, idols etc. Who says that? Yajurveda Chapter No. 40 Verse No. 9. It’s further mentioned in the Atharvaveda, Book No. 20, Hymn No. 58, Verse No. 3, “Dev maha Asi” “Verily great is Almighty God.” And amongst the Hindu scriptures, the most sacred are the Rigveda. It’s mentioned in the Rigveda, Book No. 1, Hymn No. 164, Verse No. 46, the Shlokas which were recited by the respected Pandits, it says, “Ekkam sad vipra bhudha vidante” “Ekkam sad vipra bhudha vidante” Which means, “Truth is one, God is one, sages call him by various names.” And the same message is repeated in Rigveda, Book No. 10, Hymn No. 114, Verse No. 5, that God is one but sages call him by a variety of names.” And in Rigveda alone, in Book No. 2 Hymn No. 1 there are no less than 33 different attributes given to Almighty God, many of which were recited by the respected Pandits. One amongst them in Rigveda, Book No. 2, Hymn No. 1, Verse No. 3 is Brahamma. Brahamma is called the creator. If you translate into Arabic, it means Khaliq. We Muslims have got no objection if someone calls Almighty God as Khaliq or the Creator, but if someone says the creator is Almighty God who has got four heads and on each head is a crown, we Muslims take strong exception to it. More over, you are going against Shvetashvatara Upanishad Chapter No. 4 Verse No. 19 which says, “Na Tasya Pratima Asti” “Of Him there is no likeness” Another attribute given in Rigveda, Book No. 2, Hymn No. 1, Verse No. 3 is ‘Vishnu’. Vishnu is called the Sustainer, the cherisher. If you translate into Arabic, it is somewhat similar to Rabb. We Muslims have got no objection if someone says Almighty God is Rabb or Sustainer or Cherisher. But if someone says Sustainer, he’s Almighty God who has got four hands, one of his right hand is the Disc, the Chakra, the other hand he has the conch, he’s traveling on the bird by the name of Garuda or reclining on couch of snakes, we Muslims take strong objection to it. Moreover you are going against the Yajurveda, Chapter No. 32, Verse No. 3 which says, “Na Tasya Pratima Asti” “Of Him there are no images” If you read Rigveda, all these descriptions are not given, the attributes are given that Almighty God is creator, he’s sustainer, he’s cherisher. We have no objection with attribute, but these images are not given because it is mentioned in the Veda’s that Almighty God has got no images. It’s further mentioned in Rigveda, Book No. 8, Hymn No. 1, Verse No. 1, “Ma Chidanyadvi Sansad” “Ma Chidanyadvi Sansad” Which means, “Do not worship anyone except the one God.” It’s mentioned in Rigveda, Book No. 6, Hymn No. 45, Verse No. 16, “Ya Ekit Mushtihi” “Praise him alone, the one true God” And the Brahma Sutra of the Vedanta is “Ekam Brahm, dvitiya naste neh na naste kinchan” Which means, “Bhagwan ek hi hai doosra nahi hai, nahi hai, nahi hai, zara bhi nahi hai.” You will find Messages on my facebook page facebook.com/CureforIslamophobia To see Debate between - Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar vs Dr Zakir Naik concept of God in Hinduism and Islam according to scripture Part1 facebook.com/CureforIslamophobia/videos/4745927988781088 Part2 facebook.com/CureforIslamophobia/videos/4741366045903949

Quran 43:9-- And if you ask them, who created the heavens and the earth ?? They would surely say, " They were created by the exhalted in 'Might/Strength', the knowing" This word "Might/Strength" comes from 'Allah' hidden in Samaritan religion as well in Hinduism. Same word "Strength" is called 'Shakti' in Hinduism This Shakti is also Supreme God . It has another name which comes from name of Allah as well all Hindu lord (teacher) prayed, just as jesus prayed Allah. As well word Al-Mighty/Almighty itself comes from names of Allah in English. It's interesting that Dr. Naik doesn't mention that early Islamic scholars affirmed (as the Quran does) that the Gospels have been preserved. For example in the tafsir of 3.78, the great scholar Ibn Kathir confirms what al-Bukhari and Ibn Abbas thought and said: "Al-Bukhari reported that Ibn `Abbas said that the Ayah means they alter and add although none among Allah's creation can remove the Words of Allah from His Books". So, people add with their tongues, when they speak, but the books are preserved. He continues: "As for Allah's Books, they are still preserved and cannot be changed.'' quranx.com/tafsirs/3.78 Also, Ibn Isahq (pg 103/4) said that John had recorded the Gospel of Jesus. He didn't said he recorded a corrupted one. The Quran in several verses says to stand by and judge by the Gospel and Torah, and that the Quran confirms them. So, the Allah confirming and telling people to stand and judge by corrupted texts, because these texts in the 7th century are the same as the oldest manuscripts that we have, hundreds of years before Muhammad. I'm not religious myself, but if the Quran is confirming previous texts which contradict the Quran, either Allah didn't know what was in those texts, or the Quran is not from Allah.

John 14:6, NIV: "Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Islam believes Allah is God and he's the life and the Truth isn't it..and Jesus Christ is a prophet not God 1) But, Here in John 14:6 Jesus Christ said "I AM" the way, "I AM" the truth and "I AM" the LIFE, so how could a prophet call himself he's the life, (when Allah is the only life) 2) and how could a prophet claim the only way to come to his father is through him.. it'll be just nonsense 3)" I AM" in the bible means God seen as self sufficient and self existent, So "I AM" basically means GOD So, Dr.zakir you ready to accept christianity as you promised in this video..? I'll be waiting for your answer

One - a colt (Mark 11:7; cf Luke 19:3 5). And they brought the colt to Jesus and threw their garments on it; and he sat upon it. Two - a colt and an ass (Matthew 21:7). 0:55 Many Christians do believe that Jesus was born without a male and was born through the power of God. This here is a wrong statement. Also in the Bible, you won't find in the exact words of Jesus saying "I am GOD." But you will find in the Bible in many verses where he states in obvious words that he is God, just no in the exact words you guys want to hear it. I would like to share more and the verses if any has questions. But I leave all Muslims, worshipers of the Islam faith to do this. Read the Bible in its full context. Don't just read a sentence from an entire verse and try and predict. Lastly, Dr. Naik if you plan to preach to your followers and quote the Bible, quote it in its entirety. God Bless. John 14:6 "Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 5:22-23 "Moreover, the Father judges no one but has entrusted all judgment to the Son, that all may honor the Son just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father, who sent him."

But Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor, except in his own country, and in his own house.” Mark 6:4 Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor, except in his own country, and among his own relatives, and in his own house.” 🔰 John 4:44 For Jesus himself testified that a prophet has no honor in his own country 🔰 Peoples say Jesus is a prophet Luke 7:16 Fear took hold of all, and they glorified God, saying, “A great prophet has arisen among us!” and, “God has visited his people!” 🔰 For those who deify Jesus Matthew 7:22 Many will tell me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, didn’t we prophesy in your name, in your name cast out demons, and in your name do many mighty works?’ Matthew 7:23 Then I will tell them, ‘I never knew you!. John 5:30 I can of myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge, and my judgment is righteous; because I don’t seek my own will, but the will of my Father who sent me. John 8:18 I am one who testifies about myself, and the Father who sent me testifies about me.” John 8:26 I have many things to speak and to judge concerning you. However he who sent me is true; and the things which I heard from him, these I say to the world John 9:4 I must work the works of him who sent me, while it is day. The night is coming, when no one can work. John 11:42 I know that you always listen to me, but because of the multitude that stands around I said this, that they may believe that you sent me.” John 13:20 Most certainly I tell you, he who receives whomever I send, receives me; and he who receives me, receives him who sent me.” John 16:5 But now I am going to him who sent me, and none of you asks me, ‘Where are you going?’ John 17:3 Now this is eternal life: that they know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent John 17:8 for the words which you have given me I have given to them, and they received them, and knew for sure that I came from you, and they have believed that you sent me. John 17:23 I in them, and you in me, that they may be perfected into one; that the world may know that you sent me, and loved them, even as you loved me. Did the Prophet sallallahu alayhi salam teach multiple Reading The Qur’an was revealed in the Arabic language. Allah said that the Qur’an was revealed “in the clear Arabic tongue” (26:195). However, the early Muslim community contained people of all backgrounds, young and old, those proficient in Arabic and those unlettered, as well as people from different Arab tribes, with different accents and different dialects. Since learning the Qur’an was the primary means by which the Islamic message itself was learned, practiced, and transmitted in the Prophet’s time, it was essential that learning the Qur’an be facilitated for diverse peoples. Thus, the Qur’anic text was recited in different ways (termed aḥruf) during the lifetime of the Prophet ﷺ. There are several authentic reports that support this fact, transmitted through so many chains from the earliest sources[17] that it reaches the level of mutawātir lafẓī (massively transmitted verbatim).[18] Ibn ʿAbbās narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: “Jibrīl recited the Qur’an to me in one ḥarf. Then I requested him [to read it in another ḥarf] and continued asking him to recite in other aḥruf until he ultimately recited it in seven aḥruf.”[19] In another narration, the Prophet ﷺ says, “‘O Jibrīl! I have been sent to an illiterate nation among whom are the elderly woman, the old man, the boy and the girl, and the man who cannot read a book at all.’ He said: ‘O Muḥammad! Indeed the Qur’an was revealed in seven aḥruf (i.e., seven different ways of reciting).’”[20] The early Muslim scholar Ibn Qutaybah (d. 276 AH) said: In order for the Muslims to read the Qur’an easily, the Prophet was commanded to teach the Qur’an in accordance with people’s dialects…and if everyone was to abandon their dialect and what they were accustomed to speaking as a child, as a youth and in their old age, this would have imposed great difficulty and hardship on them…Thus, Allah intended for them ease by allowing some flexibility in the language in the multiplicity of readings.[21] Thus, the Qur’an was inherently a multiform recitation, with multiple diverse equally valid alternate readings of many verses. This phenomenon was explained explicitly by the Prophet ﷺ himself to the companions, as we see in the famous incident where ʿUmar ibn al-Khaṭṭāb and Hishām ibn Ḥakīm disagreed in their recitation of Surah Al-Furqān. ʿUmar narrates: I heard Hishām ibn Ḥakīm reciting Sūrah Al-Furqān during the lifetime of Allah's messenger. I listened to his recitation and noticed that he recited in several different ways which the Prophet had not taught me. I was about to jump over him during his prayer, but I was able to contain myself, and when he had completed his prayer, I put his upper garment around his neck and seized him by it and said, “Who taught you this Sūrah which I heard you reciting?” He replied, “The Prophet taught it to me.” I said, “You are wrong, for the Prophet has taught it to me in a different way from yours.” So I took him to Allah’s Messenger and said “O Messenger of Allah, I heard this individual reciting Sūrah Al-Furqān in a way that you did not teach me, and you have taught me Sūrah Al-Furqān.” The Prophet said, “O Hishām, recite!” So he recited in the same way as I heard him recite it before. On that Allah's Messenger ﷺ said, “It was revealed to be recited in this way.” Then Allah's Messenger ﷺ said, “Recite, O ʿUmar!” So I recited it as he had taught me. Allah's Messenger ﷺ then said, “It was revealed to be recited in this way.” Allah’s Apostle added, “This Qur’an has been revealed to be recited in seven different aḥruf, so recite it whichever way is easier for you.”[22] This narration provides explicit proof that the two different readings were taught by the Prophet ﷺ and that it was the Prophet himself who instructed each companion to recite it in the precise manner in which they did.

After my conversion, I was struggling to understand how Jesus was God, and my pastor at the time gave me an illustration. I will share it with you all. The bible reveals that there is a Creator, God. In his Word, in the bible, God explain that he gave man (“man” in the sense of humanity, refer to Genesis 5:2) a body or outer self (2 Corinthians 4:16), a soul or inner self (2 Corinthians 4:16), and a spirit. The spirit can be “carnal”, i.e. separated from God due to sin, or “spiritual”, i.e. reconciled with God and in union with God through Jesus-Christ (1 Corinthians 2:14). Man is indivisible, the whole man is body, soul, and spirit, so that when the body dies, the whole man dies (Luke 16:22). When the soul is required of man, the whole man dies (Luc 12:20). And when the spirit returns to God, the whole man dies (Ecclesiates 12:7). So, the bible states that there are three selves in each person. For lack of a better word, there are three entities in each person, each entity with her own thoughts, her own will, her own desires, her own passions, etc. “Body”, “soul”, and “spirit” is the terminology the bible uses to describe the three selves in each man, but still, every person is one human being. Also, the bible explains that in God, in the deity, there is the Father, there is the Son, and there is the Holy Spirit. In the same way, “Father”, “Son”, and “Holy Spirit” is only the terminology the bible uses to describe the three selves in God, but still, God is one deity: “Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one (Deuteronomy 6:4). God is indivisible: the whole fullness of the deity (Colossians 2:9), that is the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. So now, when Jesus prayed in Gethsemane, was he praying to himself? “And taking with him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, he began to be sorrowful and troubled. Then he said to them, ‘My soul is very sorrowful, even to death; remain here, and watch with me.’ And going a little farther he fell on his face and prayed, saying, ‘My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will.’ “ - Matthew 26:37-39. No, the Son was praying to the Father. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit communicate and interact with one another, exactly like the body, the soul, and the spirit of man interact with one another. One example, in 1 Corinthians 9:27, the apostle Paul states: But I discipline my body and keep it under control, lest after preaching to others I myself should be disqualified. We know that it is the spirit of Paul who did the disciplining because, although the body can cause the believer to be cast out into hell, the body cannot inherit the kingdom of God. “And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. For it is better that you lose one of your members than that your whole body go into hell.” - Matthew 5:30. “I tell you this, brothers: flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable.” - 1 Corinthians 15:50. Another example, in Psalms 42:5, the spirit of King David inside his body speaks to his soul, who is cast down: “Why are you cast down, O my soul, / and why are you in turmoil within me? / Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, / my salvation and my God.” When the spirit of David communicated with the soul of David, it was an internal dialog, invisible and inaudible for others; we only know that this dialog took place because David himself recorded it in the bible for us, because King David himself revealed it to us. I know that the analogy is not perfect because, although we are made in the image of God - according to the bible, God is infinitely greater than we are. God is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent, and we are not. So, while neither our spirits nor our souls have the power to leave our bodies, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are omnipresent, omniscient, and omnipotent: this is why Jesus could be seen praying in the garden of Gethsemane to his Father “in heaven”, although Jesus is in the Father and the Father is in Jesus (John 14:10). I hope that this will help someone. May the Lord help us all to seek Him. Thank you for your time.

@Truth Speaker Don't lie Jesus ( PBUH ) never said to worship himself. In entire bible you can check there is not a single verse which says I (Jesus) am God worship me. *Message for Christians from God:* *They have certainly disbelieved who say, "Allah is the Messiah(Jesus), the son of Mary" while the Messiah(Jesus) has said, "O Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord."* *Indeed, he who associates others with Allah - Allah has forbidden him Paradise, and his refuge is the Fire. And there are not for the wrongdoers any helpers.* Quran Al-Ma'idah (5:72) Clearly it can be seen that Jesus ( PBUH ) was a messanger of Allah. And he guided people to worship only Allah without any partners.

@Truth Speaker Its an illogical statement. By kissing that stones that doesn't mean that we are worshiping. If you kiss your son just because you love him so are you worshipping you son?? No And Read this verse There is no God except Allah and Muhammad ( PBUH ) is his messanger. Its clearly mentioned that Our creator is only Allah who is worthy to be worship. And Muhammad ( ﷺ ) is his *messanger*. Allah send his messanger to every nation to guide people to worship only one God Allah without any partners. Many messangers came before Prophet Muhammad ( ﷺ ). Those messangers were send for those people for that particular period of time. But now final messanger has arrived. So we need to follow final messanger. Now no Prophet will come. Because Final messanger has arrived and final book Quran has been revealed. *So Follow true path Islam.* *Our creator is only one Allah.* *There is no God except Allah and Muhammad ( PBUH ) is his messanger.* I can show you many proofs from Quran which proves that Quran is word of God.

@Truth Speaker the biggest mistake in Christianity is that it says "God can never be like his creation" yet y'all believe he was a man, God can never take birth God can never eat he cannot have any biological and physical relations with anyone. Y'all r ignorant of the fact . And Christianity is big in number but not in being strict. If you guy's religion was strong or that u guys had fear of your so called god u guys would never do stuff that's highly prohibited a really common example is normalizing drinking alcohol. Yet it's normalized. If u guys followed the real God the truth u guys would have had fear of him. Yas humans are created to sin but Haram is Haram there is a difference between committing a crime and committing stuff that's not advised or is illegal. You guys have fabricated your religion and made it an religion of ease.

Jesus (the Son) is Not the God, Father is not the God, Holy Spirit is not the God, but all 3 of them together are, that is why we call them The Holly Trinity. Just like eyes, nose and mouth aren't separate faces but they together make one face. That's what we christians actually believe, Father is the creator and holder of everything, Son is the way, truth and life (we, sinners should see it as our guide) and Holly Spirit is something like that pure and holly energy that we should allow to work through us so we can live in spiritual peace and complete the plan God has for our lives. One is not lesser than the other and you can't divide them. May the God bless you!

After my conversion, I was struggling to understand how Jesus was God, and my pastor at the time gave me a passage in the bible. I will share it with you all. We just watched a video of Dr. Naik trying to refute the deity of Christ. Anyone who watched this video has seen and heard Dr. Naik as if he or she had been present in the room at the moment the video was recorded. Because it is literally Dr. Naik appearing in the recording, and it is literally Dr. Naik speaking in the recording. Although the video is only a recording, it provides a faithful enough depiction of Dr. Naik that one can truthfully say that here, Dr. Naik himself is trying to refute the claim that Jesus is God. If I had asked you to show me that Dr. Naik has tried to refute the deity of Christ, and you had shared this video with me, I would be foolish to say, “No, this is only an image of Dr, Naik, show me Dr. Naik! I will not believe you unless you bring Dr. Naik in my presence!”: Whoever has watched the video has seen and heard Dr. Naik himself. Now in John 14:6-9 ESV, it is written (I advise reading the entire chapter): Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you had known me, you would have known my Father also. From now on you do know him and have seen him.” Philip said to him, “Lord, show us the Father, and it is enough for us.” Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and you still do not know me, Philip? Whoever has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? Exactly like videos are faithful images of human beings, the Lord Jesus is “the image of the invisible God” (Colossians 1:15a, ESV). Whoever has seen Jesus-Christ has seen the Father because Jesus-Christ is literally the Father. Here we hear it from the Lord himself. In addition to this direct quote from the Lord, this is a truth stated throughout the bible, here just three passages: See to it that no one takes you captive by philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental spirits of the world, and not according to Christ. For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily. (Colossians 2:8-9, ESV) For to us a child is born, / to us a son is given; / and the government shall be upon his shoulder, / and his name shall be called / Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, / Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6, ESV) He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities-all things were created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything he might be preeminent. For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of his cross. (Colossians 1:15-20, ESV) So, this is what helped me understand, I hope that it will help someone. May the Lord help us all to seek Him. Thank you for your time.

Islam records is 600 years after Christ. Not a single eyewitnesses. Today Mormons and other cults also say they received new revelation from angels and they also say believing in Jesus but it is actually different Jesus from the Bible i.e another fake Jesus. Jesus said in Revelation 1:17-18 he is the first and the last a title for God. Rev 1:17-18 17 When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. Then he placed his right hand on me and said: “Do not be afraid. *I am the First and the Last* . 18 I am the Living One; I was dead, and now look, I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades." 1. AL HAQ ( I am the Truth) John 14:6 “I am the way and the TRUTH and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” 2. AL-BAITH ( I am the Resurrection) John 11:25-26 Jesus said to her, “I am the RESURRECTION and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die." 3. AL-NUR ( I am the Light) John 8:12 "When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, 'I am the LIGHT of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life. ' 4. ÀL-AWWAL & AL AKHIR (I am the First and the Last) Revelation 22:13 "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the FIRST and the LAST, the Beginning and the End." 5. AL MALEK ( I am the King of kings) Revelation 17:14 "They will wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them because he is Lord of lords and KING OF KINGS --and with him will be his called, chosen and faithful followers. '" Revelation 19:16 "And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name written, 'KING OF KINGS, AND AND LORD OF LORDS." 6. AL-HADI (I am the Guide) John 10:7 "So Jesus said to them again, 'Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the DOOR of the sheep." Matthew 14:33 And those in the boat *worshiped him* , saying, “Truly you are the Son of God.”

I have a question. If Jesus isn't god, why is it that he is the one that comes back to Earth during judgement day and not Muhammad. Wouldn't it make more sense for the last prophet to be the one that comes back?

This is irrelevant, in Isaiah it is said that Emmanuel (which means God with us) will be born of a virgin, Jesus was the only one born of a virgin which means he is God with us. He also has the name Christ which means Gods anointed one. In John 8.58 Jesus says "I solemnly declare it: before Abraham came to be I Am. Which is the name of God from Exodus 3.14. more verses where Jesus declares he is God Almighty: Luke 22.70-71 and Mark 14:62-64. Jesus is God, he is the great I Am, he is the son of God, he is Emmanuel, blessed be the name of Jesus Christ, the Father, and the Holy spirit.

You dumb head zakir naik you yourself have claim that Jesus is GOD. just see that what look at the reference you have given from Bible (or just read once again "Gospel of John Ch 14 V.28"). Father and son will be like each other only. I ask you Zakir, when your son says "me and my father are one" what dose it mean. now dont say one is dog & other is pig. hence proved that JESUS is GOD.

..as far as I've heard, according to Qur'an - also according to the holy, inspired scriptures, the title "I am the First and the Last" belongs to allmighty God!! Right?! " I Am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last. .I was dead, and see, I live from eternity to eternity..." speaks our LORD Jesus Christ! Holy Scriptures, Revelation. ...so..now Dr. Zakir Naik will repent , confess all his ließ and sins against Christ and convert to him....?! It would be His Salvation! Come, people, to the LORD, He is mercyful Saviour! God May Bless you

@Ilyas Omari "If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he has testified of his Son. He that believes on the Son of God, has the witness in himself; he that believes not God has made him a Liar; because He believes not the record that God gave of Son. And this is the record, that God has given to us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.He that has the Son has Life; and he that has not the Son of God has Not Life.... And we know that er are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness. And we know that the Son of God is come, and has given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life. Little children, keep yourself from Idols. Amen." Holy scriptures, 2nd John There are no contradictions within the revealed holy scriptures, when you read carefully in context, and not just a single verse without context. As the Word of God declares, the Life of our Lord Jesus Christ was a self- humiliation, freely given, because of the divine Love of Father, Son and Holy Spirit; and because of the great Love of God to us human beings. There is No greater Love than the Love of our LORD Jesus Christ. " Let this mind bei in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thougt it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: and being found in the fashion of a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God has highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every Name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." Holy scriptures, Philippians. Thank you for listening, May God bless you, kindest regards.

DEMONSTRATION OF THE EXISTENCE AND ONENESS OF GOD 1- introduction and divine uniqueness 2-existence of God 3-rules of application. 1- First of all, let us define reason and see its reliability: reason consists in understanding, ordering, prohibiting or administering through its distinction between good and evil to reach the reasonable one who serves and does not serve. Let's see if reason is reliable:everyone of good reason confirms that reason is educated by its environment from a young age in order to distinguish good from evil, true from false,it starts with: fire or needle hurts, milk makes good, then truth and lie, with internal and external verification by experience, then we generalize to the extension of reason (like happiness and unhappiness) and to the abstract by returning from time to time to the experience of reason by recognized examples, so we can say that reason is reliable. As for the ego, the self, it has its importance in my subject, because it compares and seeks (in cooperation with the reason) the ideal, the most powerful because the top is the most reasonable for him otherwise if a strong thing is not enough for him,he will get tired of it and look for something stronger than it, he'll be unhappy, in relative insecurity, because he's looking for the solid pillar, hence the expression "in myself something" to say that it's not satisfactory. Definition of worship in religion: to submit oneself to a being or a thing by love and veneration, to believe that it is useful and harmful (we see the link with the definition of reason and its combination with the ego and that then we live to worship anything and in a correct and reasonable way we seek "summit" happiness (for the ego, the summit is the most satisfying for the heart-ego) through that being or that thing since we take the reasonable). Definition of a god:a god is a being or a thing that we worship or is worshipful (worshipful=which deserves to be worshipped),we will be satisfied (this is the goal) to take the definition of a god as a being or a thing that is worshipful Equivalence "a god" and "he is a creator (from nothing)": A creator (from nothing) is a god: everything around us is made up of already existing elements, so creation from nothing is superior and it is the most impressive form of creation so it is summit (the heart and the ego confirm), so any creator from nothing is a god. Every god is a creator: if a god was not a creator then he would not deserve to be a god because God the Necessary Being (see part 2) is a creator (the creator see 2), therefore superior to that god, therefore that god does not deserve (for reason and ego) to be a god, he does not bring anything more, hence every god is a creator.Hence the equivalence. God the creator, the necessary being is the summit for the heart-ego: if he had a superior then that superior would be unknown, erased, moreover for the heart-ego it would imply that the necessary being is no longer a god (the heart-ego sees higher) therefore no longer a creator whereas it is the necessary being (contradiction) therefore that superior is not a god therefore is not a creator therefore God is uncreated and is at the summit. God is unique: if there were two different gods (at the summit), then either their will is different, then either each god applies his will (as they are gods it applies to the whole universe (not erased god)) then it is impossible (if their will is different at the same point),seeing the universe as it is without defect, and it is harmonious( else:if the different will of each god at a same point applies we then have a form of contradiction, from which we have the same will (contraposition)) and If one of the two gods imposes his will on the other, then the other is weak and therefore is no longer a god (contradiction), so their will coincides on everything, so it means that one flatters (strokes) the other, so it makes the ego-heart feel a weakness of this god in its power, so is no longer a god, so there is only one god, or again: if the two gods have their will which coincides in every point ,then they constitute a god of their union but God being at the top (the ideal), an indivisible god who creates, possesses and administers everything by himself is more impressive than several gods together, hence God is unique in every case. This reasoning applies even if there is a universe we do not know, because God (worshipful) must act everywhere otherwise he is no longer a god. 2-existence of God: There is an administrator for the universe:any example:a palace hyper organized in decorations, arrangements, household,if you are told:this palace does not have a butler(administrator),you will answer:it is not possible that it happens by itself without anybody, your distinctive healthy reason rejects it (you are not crazy),therefore all the more so (a fortiori): (organization much, much better than the palace) all the organization and harmony of nature and the universe make you reject that there is no administrator for the whole universe (we can already say that it is unique, the cycles and others are the mark of the same author, for example nike is the mark of a single manufacturer, example of all the atoms of the universe same process therefore same mark therefore same author), so there is an administrator for the whole universe, and even it is obliged to think that otherwise it is chaos,. ..and many many other examples like the ship without a captain,... there is a creator of the universe: You see a humanoid walking around and you're told no one created him. You're not crazy. Your reason will reject that.So a fortiori, all the more so Your good reason will reject that man has no creator. So There is a creator of the universe, and so on throughout creation, but again the whole universe has the same mark (like nike), so the same author, so the creator is unique and the administration of his creation is the same (layout, arrangement of the way of creating) so the creator is the administrator. As He is unique, He is the great owner of the universe, and He is the one who makes the rules of the universe (such as the instructions of the electrical appliances (operation, maintenance), so it has been proved that the universe has one Lord (the Creator, the owner and the administrator) and He is the only one who deserves to be worshipped, so He is the only God. Otherwise, as God the Creator is at the top, He is also the owner and the administrator. All this is the domain of the reasonable and if you come out of it you are no longer in the reasonable (chaos). Conclusion: Divine existence and oneness are then demonstrated by reason, but reason does not say everything that God wants from us, hence the prophets and messengers. 3- Application: The verse of the Qur'an that says that there is no god except Allah means that there is no one worthy of worship except Allah, so it means that there is no imperfection on any face, so the Qur'an, its word, has no imperfection since it is one of its characteristics and therefore one face of its perfection, Therefore, by the perfection of the Qur'an (read it in Arabic to see this reality and its explanation) and the uniqueness of the true (you must respect the rules of this book if you are honest) you must take the best interpretation of the verses and the Sunnah (path) of the Prophet (the Qur'an calls to follow the Prophet therefore apply his hadiths (hadiths=words in Arabic) and you must reconcile between the verses (of the Qur'an) and the verses, and verses/hadiths hadiths/hadiths (authentic) because the truth is quite unique and the best sought after is perfection (so correct yours intentions), for example the thief the penalty starts at 1/4 gold dinar, it costs (recently) 39€ for its weight in gold whereas a meal costs 5€, source: the pious predecessors (rule: the Koran says to follow the prophet and the prophet spoke of the first three generations which are the best and he said (ask your heart for clarification), and Allah calls in the Koran to the good and known between the good people (conciliation), etc,. .go on with the rest of the rules of Islam if you are honest (seek the best, perfection, truth, conciliation). There are rules in Islam and if you don't follow them you find imperfections (which reflect your bad intention), while when you correct your intention you find perfection (it exists, scholars communicate it to each other, I have been reading books about Islam in Arabic for a long time, I testify and I testify that this perfection exists. Why don't you take it if it is possible and the rules of Islam are to take it, hence your attacks are unfounded since this is not what God and his prophet mean (i.e : your words that it is imperfection). ..
