Hi there, thanks for your great videos. I was wondering where I can add shares? I want to incorporate my company with my Wife but I can't find any place where I can define shareholders with their percentages!

@@canadatriedandtestedoriginal I can't register my company Federal using ownr as I live in BC (it only supports federal registrations for Ontario). I should use the ISED online form for registrations but there are no sections defining the amount of shares. I can only choose the share classes type.

Hi Milad, can you call Corporations Canada helpline once. I am sure you will get your share % issue sorted out. I cannot specifically go to the class of share section however here you will be able to define this. LMK if i can be of any other help.

Hi I am aware only of resident status opening. I am yet to find answer to those on work permit. If you are okay you can check my US LLC video. It is much easier and direct
