I am not an immigration expert and I have not done anything like that but it is a proper marriage certificate so it should be accepted as evidence of marriage.

Ghana card of parties, digital address of where marriage was celebrated, digital address of where you stay, statutory declaration by parties, and two witnesses Please ask for further information from Municipal assembly
