Yes passport is required as the exam in a lot of cases doesn't accept the government or school ID

Take their test practices. Try to include speaking and writing in English in your day to day life.

Total score needs to be above 105 or 100 (whatever your school's requirement is). You can take the Duolingo exam as many times as you want
