Thank you Sanii for the awesome explanation. On the Institution location, I started with in-person studies in Toronto, but graduated remotely at my residence in Waterloo due to covid. Do I need to put Waterloo as my study region or not in-person, or Toronto. Thanks

Mmm this is an interesting situation. But the location of the school is Toronto so definitely need to indicate that and that you studied remotely.

Hi Sanii, thank you so much fro the information on points. I have a question tho. we have to upload some docs from employer side which include employer form and job offer letter including certain things but on ONIP website, it was also asking for, Active business documents, Business premise documents, Gross annual revenue documents, Number of full-time employees documents. Are these madatory or only if they ask for it?

If you will be using the education you did in your home country, you will need to have it assessed. It is typically recommended that you include all your credentials (do not omit) as it can be seen as misleading.

Thank you for replying, the reason why I asked is I am having problems getting assessment (WES) as my school permanently closed down during covid and I only have a paper copy of transcript (not sealed) bec that is what they gave to all alumni before closing down.

Ooh no 😔 this is a very special case! Without using it though, you forfeit any points or other things with it. Somehow, you’ll have to prove to WES or other assessment agency that they are closed down, perhaps prepare a letter or give them a call

Yes, you can! It’s not dependent on the length of your program. Complete still for express entry pool and then, express interest in the PNP !

I receive 2 streams invitations from the same province Ontario. Got one from international student stream and the other one from express entry account. Human Capital provincial nomination. My question : Can I apply to both? If not Which one is better or will take less time. Please help!!! Anyone else with this situation? I have 14 days to fill out documents from one application and 45 days for the other no idea what to do any ideas?

So can I continue my work till receiving the completion letter or i have to stop the work now? Our documents will be audited on October 1 . So please let me know am so confused about it.

Based on info on IRCC, you must stop working after receiving final grades (which is when you’ll get your completion letter). Once you receive your final grades and completion letter, you must stop working until you’ve submitted your PGWP application. Hi , thanks for such a great video. I have a question case:- submitted eoi and received invitation, can I add my spouse details to my profile while submitting documents in the section asking for family information and thus can add my spouse in my PR process.

Hi Sanii, 15th August 2023 I got an OINP interest letter in my express entry profile. The letter is too general didn't mention which stream should I have to follow and apply. My main concern is that, I don't have my employment, study in ON province, my current full time employment is in Quebec and I completed my master's from NS province then also I received the invitation. So am I good to apply for OINP if I don't have my employment in ON ? Seeking for your suggestions. Thanks in advance.

I don’t believe that’s an issue. The invitation is from Ontario so they want you to go there. Based on your education and work experience they think you’ll add value

You can apply for NOI. This is no dependent on LMIA.

I don’t think I understand your question. You have the option of submitting a expression of interest on the portal or the province can pick you from the Express entry pool.

Hello, If i finish my studies and instantly apply for Oinp student stream but I dont have a express entry profile (need 1 yr experience to open one right?). So, will I get the 600 points later when i am eligible to open a express entry profile ?

The eligibility for express entry is not tied to one year of work experience in Canada. Take the eligibility assessment. The 1 year of work experience gives you more points but eligibility is not reliant on that. One of the requirements for OINP is that you’re eligible for EE. And your 600 points will need to be applied to something.

I have few questions, and following are situations. 1.My studies will be over by Ausust 2023,(2 years) 2. I have full time permanent NOC 22221 job offer which falls under the required NOC by province. 3.Will on PGW from september 2023. Now, questions 1.Can I apply in the month of september as soon as I completed the studies 2.Is there any tie- breaking rule for selection in the pool.I mean suppose if I applied on 1 september and draw is out on 15 september and i fall under the cutoff,would I be sent invitation? 3. Once we have ITA, what next. How much time it takes?

Hello, so it sounds like your questions are about express entry. For OINP, there’s no tie breaking rule. So, if you go into the Express Entry pool in September and you meet the cutoff score. You will be issued an ITA immediately. I have a video on my channel explaining how you go from international student to permanent resident through Express Entry. Please note, Provincial Nomination is different. With PNP, you get an additional 600 points for express entry if you’re nominated.

Hi! Great video! About the job offer, do we have to get a specific letter/form filled from employer like some other pnp may have? In other words during interview if employer asks “do i need sponsorship in the future” do i have to say yes if I’m planning to express interest for this? Or is it ok if we just prove we have the job and experience like we would have to do in normal express entry?

You will need documentation from your employer. Express entry, job letter and paystubs are sufficient

Your Attestation Form must be completed on the same day you register your Expression of Interest (EOI). Should you receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA), you are required to upload this form as part of your application.

Hey, are you also eligible for Express Entry? Sounds like you are. If so and you meet the criteria explained in the video and can get confirmation of employment from employer, I think you are!

@@anmol2549742 Hey, here is all my details/timeline. - NOC 21230 - I Got an invitation to apply on March 14. - Date of submission is 22 march. - Status changed from 'submitted' to 'decision in progress' on April 11. Still status is in 'decision in progress' and waiting for approval 😔

Hello, they added Pearson English Test. Draws are unpredictable and they will start having targeted draws
