No, introduction letter must submit for registration

Job offer letter does not mean only offer letter, SCE requires offer letter with chamber of commerce on this offer letter, if it is possible for you then they will accept.

If your degree has apostile stamp you should attach it for back sheet, it is enough for degree verification for SCE, it's my personal experience.
