By the way - do you remember you posted a tip aaages ago where you'd imagine a blob of olive oil on the tip of your finger and you'd place this on the tip of your tongue - all to achieve stillness and presence? Well, I have not been able to to get enough of it over the years. It's worked wonders for me! (I've even got all my LAMDA students doing it too!) Thanks so much for the content Nick, always learn so many gems from your videos! xx

I read in a book recently that martial artists say that to quieten the mind (and get rid of internal chatter) keep your tongue still. Probably the same principle, eh? Fascinating!
