Here is a great tip... use a egg conditioner and apply coconut oil to your hair or amla while its still wet comb it into sections and then tie it and braid the ends. And let it air dry for almost a whole day. It seals in the texture soooooo much better ... the blow dryer really speeds it up and your hair doesn't really get a chance to soak up moisture. I find that it also makes my hair come out much darker and silky :)

@6:30 I know its an old video but u should really consider not twisting ur ends up next to the relaxed roots. They should avoid contact with the chemical. This causes breakage.

This relaxer made my hair texturized! I wanted proper relaxed hair. I left it on for recommendaded time. Back to two textures😭 my hair is shading so bad even after aphogee 2 step. won't be using it again. Looking into using fiberguard affirm.

I get what you mean. I sometimes feel like it’s doesn’t relax hair as quickly as other brands like dark and lovely. I find myself retouching the roots a lot! But I like that about it. It’s not as harsh in my eyes.

Hey sis you should try turmeric mask for dark spots, it’s more of a natural approach. It is messy and can stain surfaces so be careful but I seen a lot of mask challenges here on KZfaq most people used it for at least 5 days consecutively. My sis it and it was a gradual change.

I thought when you applied the relaxer you should comb it thru with a fine tooth comb,when you relax your hair at the salon they always do it with the comb.

@TheRealHerMimi

Thot Patroller i’d stick to the professionals to be honest. It’s very easy to damage your hair once you start taking matters into your own hands.

@TheRealHerMimi

Cindy Lou Who erm I don’t really go off weeks. It just depends how I’m wearing my hair at a specific time. If it’s out, it needs to be relaxed.

No where in the video did she say this was a tutorial or a how-to..she was only sharing how she does her relaxers. With that said if she did a protein treatment and deep condition on her next wash day she’d be fine, her hair is good otherwise.
