Bunions, also known as hallux valgus, is caused by repetitive irritation and inflammation of the first metatarsophalangeal joint -- leading to big toe deformity and pain.
So let's focus on getting quick bunion pain relief in an easy-to-follow three part guide.
Breaking it down, we'll go over bunion stretching exercises, self mobilization (of the first metatarsophalangeal joint and metatarsal), and finish with strengthening exercises. All of this together may help give instant bunion pain relief, and lessen future bunion progression and discomfort.

When I am doing 90 90's, My left leg is infront and right leg is on right side my right butt is touching the ground and I don't feel any discomfort, whereas when my right leg is infront and left is left side my left butt is not touching the floor, I can clearly feel huge tightness in the outer part of left hip.. I think this is not because of muscles but joint itself.. Why I said joint is.. When I sit in this pose where both knees bent and widen apart and whole shin is touching the ground and butt is also touching floor as well(if seen from top view we can clearly see legs forming a "M" shape) here I can feel tightness in left hip outward joint and I can clearly saw my right knee tilted inward and is closer to the floor and my left knee is not tilted like right and far from the floor..hope I explained clearly..if u got me give some advice sir... Thank you..

doc... "" c3-4 c4-5 c5-6 mild posterior disc bulge seen indenting the anterior thecal sac without neural compromise "" this is my scan report what should I do??? The other doctor gave me tablets that didn't work please suggest me something I'm suffering from shoulder pain, rhomboid pain (also feels like pulling when I try look left downwards) upper back pain ( feels tight and hurts when I try to look up) almost 2 to 3 years by now.

I was very sceptical but thought I would give it a go and I am so glad I did. After just one week of once a day the improvement is remarkable. Please try this. I thought I was going to have to suffer every day simply to walk but now I am very optimistic about getting my life back.

Wow!!!!This actually stopped my pain almost immediately! I have been feeling sharp pains all day. I did every exercise. Nothing else works as good as these foot and toe exercises. Thank you soooo much for sharing!!! I will be saving this video to my playlist because nothing else compares!😋

Thank you! I actually went to see a podiatrist about my bunion pain. He was old school. He didn’t provide me any exercises nor stretches and simply told me I need orthotics. I really appreciate you making these videos. My bunion pain feels better already after doing your exercises!

Thank you! I have a mild bunion on my right foot and a much more pronounced bunion on my left foot. Your exercises have been great for comparing the range of motion in each foot and understanding what's possible. Not all the exercises I've found on KZfaq have been enlightening in the same way. A penny's dropped, and I feel like my right foot can teach my left foot what to do!

Just a note to thank you once again. After doing these exercises, my discomfort was greatly relieved. You have relieved my bunion pain and my previous thigh pain. Please continue posting videos. I'm not sure what affliction I may suffer from next! P.S. The Sock-Pull Isometric technique seems to really work for me. Maybe I re-aligned the bones in my toe.

Want to thank you so much for this video and in fact all of your videos. Cannot begin to tell you how much you have helped me. I have had pain in my SI joint, my neck, my knee and the top of my foot growing in strength for about a year. Most docs response "part of growing old". Have done many of your procedures to alleviate the pain and had some success. But the pain in my foot was becoming unbearable. Did not what it was. Tried the protocol in this video. Last night. Did not seem to do much. Several hours later I stood up and walked to the kitchen. I guess I stumbled or my foot released. I don't know. Almost took a very serious tumble. Right foot twisted over to right. Pain from toes to ankle. Foot swelled Discolored bump appeared near ankle. Pain, Pain, Pain. Figured I would be at doc today. Took tylenol and ice and 1/2 ambien and went to bed. Hard hard night. This morning some discomfort but more and more resolved. The amazing thing is that I can tell that the pain in my neck, shoulder, hip, si joint and knee has been reduced by 80%. Wow. And I find that the weight of my foot has shifted from just above the arch to back on the outside bone. I think I am going to be a great "old" lady. Thank you so much. (For those like me----be careful with those first steps--this technique works.)
