Thank you this was very helpful. I actually changed the mirror out without removing the entire door panel. I also never detached the window swith or door latch cable. This job is less labor intensive if you work your way to the mirror from the upper right corner of the panel. Open it enough to get your hands in to disconnect the wire connection and remove as shown in the video. Good luck!

Thanks man. I have a 04 TSX. Some kid who wasn't on drugs tried to kill himself by jumping into my car as I was driving. I swerved and he clipped my mirror and ripped it right off. Was super intimidated to fixing myself but after seeing this video I feel really good about doing this project.

Acura TSX 2007 has two screws in the handle itself on the passenger side, just for those who couldn’t get the door off. Pry the handle cover off then unscrew it.

I was able to take it off, but when I'm putting the new one on, it doesn't sit flush with the car. The bottom right screw closest to the front of the car doesn't come through the hole either. Any tips to get it seated properly? I'm doing the passenger side mirror.
