I have what I believe is a 2015-2016 Haibike sduro hard life r c e-bike with a 250w Yamaha mid drive pw series motor On occasion during peddling, the peddle skips and while coasting with no peddling I hear clicking noises as the chain is in motion. I live in Corona CA and I don't know who does repair/overhauls on these motors. Can you help.

It appear the older PW motor removal must be about the same. I will search your channel for info on the PW50 version.

6:55 would it be easier to install the big sprocket and pedals after the motor has been installed?

Man You helped me a lot with this Vid. Thanks. Have you had also problems in screwing the one 5mm Allen Screw behind the front chain ring. (at 1:55)? Would love to see as you managed to do so...

It appears in the video during reassebly he used a ball tin allen T-wrench. Did that not work?. If it is a (cross) threading issue...use some quality anti-seize "grease" and proceed slowly with with some finesse. I hope it worked out for you.

how do i send my motor to you for an overhaul? my motor clicks when going uphill and struggles, almost if the e-motor is not doing anything. any suggestions?
