The two torx screws on my 2014 C250 Sport were 1" long (they did not appear to be this length on the video). They have to be loosened and pressed down several times as there is a vertical slide lock that has to be disengaged. I had to use a hammer on a ratchet wrench with a torx socket to get it started.
