To anyone watching this video to figure out how to switch the handle to the other side with the pin through type, there is a black plastic piece that can get stuck in the one side, just pull that out and place it back on the 'nut' piece.

I have a Diawa Saltist 5000. the posts on there side are COMPLETELY different. One has a small screw in it, the other is solid and they are different diameters as well. You can not simply interchange the two pieces. I assume a handle swap can be done, info so please provide info/link for instructions that are appropriate for this reel.

Need a new handle / knob for my brand new Daiwa 21 TD Black 2500D. Purchased it yesterday. The knob has few mm play and makes the reel feel cheap when winding the handle. What upgraded handles suit this 2500D? It has a screw in handle, but only on right (left side has different internal fitting when removing the cap). Thanks in advance, Brad.

Can you recommend replacement pin thru handle for my BG 3000. I can't stand the knob. I would cut it off, but I don't trust the cheap bearings that come with knobs.

On the 2020 saltiga, when on the LHS the handle couples up tight and snug to the body, but when on the RHS there's a gap of a few mm's allowing water and salt to deposit inside the handle. Why!?

Same on the new Luvias LT. I was shocked at the difference between left and right. It’s a design fault.

Greetings, question, just received certate 3000 xh 19, and there is a black washer rubber bushing ? at connection of handle but it does not tighten all the way , I see some silver in Between handle and reel? That black rubber gasket in between the issue? Is it supposed to be inside handke metal or sitting on reel part before I start tightening it ?or is it normal to see little space there? Ughh
