My VT motor isn't moving at all. I've followed all the steps, removed all the bolts, the thing is like seized to the valve cover somehow. Thoughts?

it leaks at the gasket. common on the n52

I didn't have the option to turn it clockwise or anticlockwise, my valvetronic motor didn't have that. I released it carefully and place it again carefully. It went in so I guess it's right

Thats weird,normally when you remove the connector there is a space for size 4 hex bit. But as far as it came off you are good,the adaptation learning of it is morr important anyways.

When you put back the valvetronic motor don't force it back. Grab a size 4 hex bit and when the valvetronic motor is in it's place start to turn the hex bit clockwise where the connector goes to the motor. Then just tighten the 3xE8 bolts back. Before start up you should do the adaptation. Meaning to relearn the valvetronic motor it's starting and ending position, that's done via scantool.Hope this makes sense. @@1hitta235 Hi, yes you should do the adaptation of the Valvetronic motor. Which means that it will relearn it's starting and finishing positions. Some people say you can do it by cycling the ignition 2-3x times. You should hear the valvetronic motor working. However I did it with a diagnostic tool, so that I couldn't go wrong. Hope this helps.
